1. Classic beef stroganoff from chicken
Use only the sirloin.
You will need: 500 g chicken, 1 onion, 100 g flour, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 50 ml of vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt, 300 ml of hot water.
Preparation: Cut the meat into small cubes, beat lightly and roll in flour. Fry chopped onions in a skillet, add chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Mix tomato paste with water, sour cream, salt, pepper and pour into a skillet. Reduce heat and extinguish for 20 minutes.
2. Beef stroganoff from chicken with onions and carrots
Oregano, paprika and black pepper go well with chicken.
You will need: 600 g chicken fillet, 2 onions, 1 carrot, 5 parsley stalks, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, half a glass of flour, 100 g sour cream, 200 ml boiling water, 50 g butter, ground paprika, oregano, ground black pepper, salt.
Preparation: Chop chicken fillet, onion and herbs, grated carrots. Combine meat with spices, flour and fry with onions until golden brown. Add the carrots and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Pour in water with tomato paste and sour cream. After 15 minutes, sprinkle with herbs and add salt.
3. Beef stroganoff from chicken with mushrooms
Oyster mushrooms, champignons and forest mushrooms are suitable.
You will need: 0.5 kg of chicken fillet, 350 g of mushrooms, 2 onions, 3 cloves of garlic, 5 stalks of parsley, 100 g of sour cream, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 50 ml of vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation: Chop the chicken, mushrooms and onions, chop the herbs and garlic. Fry the onion with mushrooms, add the meat and cook for 5 minutes. Add flour, sour cream, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Cover everything with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with garlic and herbs.
4. Beef stroganoff from chicken in sour cream
It is advisable to dilute homemade sour cream with plenty of water.
You will need: 0.5 kg chicken fillet, 2 onions, 100 g sour cream, a glass of hot water, 2 tbsp. flour, 50 g butter, ground black pepper, salt.
Preparation: Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and beat lightly. Fry chopped onions until transparent, add meat and cook for 5 minutes. Mix water, sour cream, salt, pepper and flour. Pour the sauce into a skillet and simmer for 15 minutes.
5. Beef stroganoff from chicken in sour cream-mustard sauce
Dry powder can be used instead of liquid mustard.
You will need: 600 g chicken fillet, 2 onions, 3 parsley stalks, 100 g sour cream, 150 ml hot water, 2 tsp. mustard, half a glass of flour, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry with chopped onion. Add flour, mustard, sour cream and water. Carcasses over low heat for 15 minutes. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
6. Chicken Stroganoff with Cream
The dish is most often served with pasta, mashed potatoes or porridge.
You will need: 0.5 kg chicken breast, 2 onions, 100 ml cream, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 cup boiling water, 50 g butter, 0.5 tsp. dried oregano, salt.
Preparation: Cut the meat into pieces and beat. Chop the onion and fry until golden brown, add the chicken and cook for another 6 minutes. Mix boiling water with cream, flour, salt and pour into a skillet. Tommy 15 minutes under the lid.
7. Chicken Stroganoff with Cream Cheese
Processed cheese melts well, so you don't need to cut it.
You will need: 600 g chicken fillet, 2 onions, 2 processed cheese, 2 tbsp. sour cream, a glass of boiling water, 2 tbsp. flour, 50 ml of vegetable oil, ground nutmeg, salt.
Preparation: Mix the chopped chicken and onion with flour and fry until golden brown. Pour in water mixed with sour cream and stew for 15 minutes.Add chopped cheese, nutmeg and salt. Remove from heat after 5 minutes.
8. Beef stroganoff from chicken in tomato sauce
If the sauce is sweet enough, sugar can be eliminated.
You will need: 0.5 kg of chicken breast, 1 onion, a glass of tomato juice, 100 ml of hot water, 3 cloves of garlic, a pinch of sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, ground black pepper, salt, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 3 sprigs of dill.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into small strips and beat lightly. Chop the onion and fry until golden brown, add the chicken. After 5 minutes, add flour, water, sugar and juice. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Pepper, salt, squeeze the garlic through a press and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
9. Chicken stroganoff in spicy gravy
Be sure to remove the hot pepper seeds!
You will need: 400 g chicken fillet, 1 onion, 1 hot pepper pod, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 2 tablespoons sour cream, half a glass of flour, 250 ml of water, 30 ml of vegetable oil, 3 peas of black and allspice, 0.5 tsp. paprika, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, salt.
Preparation: Cut the fillet into small cubes. Chop the onion, garlic and hot peppers. Fry the onion with chicken, add flour, water, sour cream, tomato paste and spices. Tomi 10 minutes over low heat. Add hot pepper, garlic, salt and sesame seeds. Remove from heat after 3 minutes.
10. Beef stroganoff from chicken with bell pepper
Add the bell peppers to the skillet when the onions and chicken are slightly browned.
You will need: 0.5 kg of chicken breast, 2 bell peppers, 2 onions, half a bunch of herbs, 100 g sour cream, a glass of hot water, 2 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Preparation: Chop the meat, peppers, onions and herbs. Fry the chicken with onions and peppers until golden brown. Mix water with sour cream, flour and ground pepper. Tommy 15 minutes under the lid. Add salt and herbs before turning off.
11. Chicken Stroganoff with Eggplant
Use young eggplants, seedless and thin-skinned.
You will need: 500 g chicken, 2 eggplants, 2 onions, 100 g sour cream, 2 tbsp. flour, 3 stalks of parsley, a glass of boiling water, salt, ground black pepper, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Preparation: Lightly beat the chopped meat. Chop onions, eggplants and herbs. Fry the onion, chicken and eggplant in a hot skillet. Mix water with sour cream, flour and pour into a skillet. Tomi 15 minutes. Pepper, salt and sprinkle with herbs.
12. Beef stroganoff from chicken, prunes and bell pepper
Dilute flour in a small amount of water, and only then mix it with the total mass.
You will need: 400 g chicken fillet, 1 bell pepper, 2 onions, half a parsley, 100 g pitted prunes, 2 tbsp. cream, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 200 ml of hot water, half a glass of flour, 50 ml of olive oil, 3 allspice peas, ground black pepper, salt.
Preparation: Cut the chicken, peppers, onions, prunes and herbs into small pieces. Fry the onion and meat, add pepper and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Pour in water mixed with flour, cream and sour cream. Add prunes and spices. Reduce heat and cover for 15 minutes. Salt and sprinkle with herbs.
13. Chicken Stroganoff with Ginger and Milk
Interesting chicken stroganoff for lovers of Asian cuisine.
You will need: 500 g chicken, 10 g fresh ginger, 2 onions, 2 tbsp. cream, 200 ml milk, 2 tbsp. flour, 50 g butter, ground black pepper, 3 allspice peas, 3 cloves of garlic, salt.
Preparation: Lightly beat the chopped meat. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic. Fry the onion and chicken until golden brown, add flour, ginger, milk, cream and spices. Tomi 15 minutes over low heat. Pour in the garlic and salt.
14. Beef stroganoff from chicken with starch
Heat the sauce with starch, but do not boil.
You will need: 600 g chicken fillet, 2 onions, 1 tbsp. starch, 3 tbsp. sour cream, 50 g butter, 30 ml tomato sauce, ground black pepper, salt, a couple of sprigs of herbs.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into small strips and beat lightly.Fry chopped onion until transparent, add meat and fry for 5 minutes. Dilute the starch in cold water, warm it up and add sour cream. Pour the mixture into a skillet, add the tomato sauce, spices and cook for 15 minutes. Salt and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
15. Beef stroganoff from chicken and mushrooms in a slow cooker
To prepare beef stroganoff in a multicooker, two programs are used: "Frying" and "Stewing".
You will need: 500 g chicken breast, 300 g mushrooms, 2 onions, 100 g sour cream, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 200 ml hot water, 2 tbsp. flour, 50 ml of vegetable oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Preparation: Chop the meat, beat and mix with flour. Fry chopped mushrooms and onions. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes. Mix tomato paste with sour cream, water, pepper and pour into a bowl. Select the "Stew" program and cook for 15 minutes, at the end of the salting.
