1. Blackcurrant jam with sugar
The easiest recipe that will never fail.
You will need: 1 kg of black currant, 800 g of sugar, 200 ml of water.
Preparation: Pour the currants with water, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add sugar, leave for a few hours and then boil for another 15 minutes. Leave it on for a couple more hours, boil it again for 15 minutes and roll it up.
2. Jam with black currant and honey
We recommend storing the jam in a cool, dark place.
You will need: 1.5 kg of black currant, 1.5 kg of honey.
Preparation: Add honey to the currants and chop everything until smooth. Leave honey jam for 8-12 hours, stirring occasionally, and roll into jars.
3. Blackcurrant jam with whole berries
The five-minute recipe is fast, clear and convenient!
You will need: 1.3 kg of black currant, 1 kg of sugar, 1 glass of water.
Preparation: Scald the washed currants with boiling water so that they do not burst during cooking. Boil a syrup from water and sugar, put a berry in it, bring to a boil and turn it off. Leave the workpiece for 2 hours, boil again, boil for 5 minutes and roll up.
4. Jam from grated black currant
You can roll this jam into jars, or you can freeze it in tins.
You will need: 1 kg of black currant, 1 kg of sugar.
Preparation: Add half the sugar to the currants and chop with a crush or blender. Add the rest of the sugar, mix thoroughly and let it brew overnight. Roll up in cans.
5. Jam with black currant and gelatin
For flavor, we recommend adding a couple of star anise stars to the jam.
You will need: 1 kg of black currant, 1 kg of sugar, 25 g of gelatin.
