1. Salt and soda
Prepare a soft gruel of salt and soda in equal proportions, apply to problem areas and hold until dry. Salt softens well, and soda cleans. And if you add a little cleanser to the gruel, you get an effective scrub!
2. White clay
The best product for cleaning the skin from blackheads is white clay in any variation. You can use it when washing your face, use ready-made masks or make your own. Dilute the powder with water until sour cream and a drop of olive oil to soften. If you hold the mask for a long time, spray your face periodically so that the clay does not dry out too much.
3. Rice scrub
Rinse a few spoons of rice well and pour boiling water overnight. Drain the liquid and crush it into a gruel - this is your morning wash scrub. You can add a pinch of salt or ground coffee, a spoonful of honey, or a drop of oil. Such a remedy not only cleans the face of blackheads, but also perfectly improves blood circulation.
4. Cinnamon and honey scrub
Mix honey with ground cinnamon in a 3: 1 ratio and massage your face with this mixture. Before the procedure, be sure to warm up your skin or at least wash yourself intensively with warm water. The recipe is suitable for those with sensitive skin for which other home scrubs are too abrasive.
5. Oatmeal face mask
Grind a spoonful of oatmeal in a coffee grinder, add a pinch of soda and dilute with kefir to a gruel state. The product should not be applied to sensitive areas, but it is suitable for the nose and forehead. 15 minutes after application, roll it up with your fingers and wash with cool water.
6. Charcoal face mask
Crush 10 tablets of regular activated charcoal and add a couple of drops of water to a thick mass. Apply it on problem areas of the face for about 7 minutes, and then gently wash off with massage movements. Charcoal is the best natural absorbent with antiseptic properties.
7. Egg white face mask
Whisk the protein well with a spoonful of sugar until it dissolves. Apply the mixture to the skin with light patting movements. When the mass is dry, wash it off with warm water and a soft sponge and be sure to apply a moisturizer!
8. Honey mask
Apply a thin layer of any natural honey of medium density to problem areas for 15 minutes. After that, wash it off with water, massaging it. But first, test the method to precisely rule out irritations and allergies. We recommend repeating the test after buying each new jar of honey.
9. Sour cream mask
Mix low-fat sour cream with finely ground salt in a 2: 1 ratio. The mass must be used to fight the same, until the components have reacted. Massage it on your face, leave it on for a couple of minutes and rinse it off.
10. Whitening mask
If you need to not only get rid of blackheads, but also lighten the skin, then use this recipe. Mix equal parts protein, lemon juice and aloe juice, beat thoroughly and apply on face until dry. If the mask is too much, when the first layer dries, you can apply the second one right on top.
11. Mask-film from blackheads on the face
Brew a small amount of gelatin according to the instructions, and when it is ready, add a couple of tablets of crushed activated carbon. Apply the mask for 7 minutes and carefully remove with a foil.
12. Peroxide
After the scrub, you can rub the skin with peroxide - it will additionally cleanse and brighten the areas. This is a good antiseptic and prevention of inflammation, but after that you definitely need a moisturizer!
