The second chin is not an indicator of excess weight, because even models are at war with it. That is why it is so difficult to get rid of it - just losing weight will not help here. We need special exercises and massages that can be done at home. Let's tell you how!
1. Tongue to the tip of the nose
The fun exercise actually does a great job of tightening your facial muscles. Stick out your tongue as far as possible and try to reach the tip of your nose with it. When you feel a lot of tension, hold on for 3-5 seconds, and then try to reach your chin with your tongue. Linger again and repeat 5 times every day.
2. Lip work
Pull your lips forward into a tube and start moving them in all directions or in a circle. Repeat 10 times, and along with the second chin, the cheeks will go away and the nasolabials will be smoothed out.
3. Chin up
Sit or stand with your back straight and stretch your chin toward the ceiling. Pull your lips into a tube and stretch even harder - as far as you can. Hold for 10 seconds, lower your head and repeat the exercise 10 times twice a day.
4. Twisting for the head
This exercise is done in much the same way as the abdominal crunch. Lie on your back, bend your knees and tighten your stomach. But do not raise your entire body, but only your head to your chest. Hold it at the top for 5-7 seconds, lower it, and repeat another 5-7 times.
5. Turns of the head
Stand with your back straight and slowly turn your head to the side so that your chin is clearly parallel to your shoulder. Stretch as much as possible, just as slowly lower your head down, return to the center and repeat for the other side. Do it 10 times twice a day.
6. Tennis ball
Take a regular tennis ball, squeeze it to your throat and hold it with your chin. Lower your head a little without releasing the ball, and lift it back - and so 10 times.
7. Chin on fists
Sit at the table, put your elbows on it and clench your hands into fists. Put your chin on your fists and press them down, and let your hands seem to resist. Repeat 20 times, but make sure that the muscles of the chin are tightened - not the neck.
8. Tingling and popping
Disperse the blood and warm up your skin by patting your chin with the back of your hand as quickly as possible for 30 seconds. Apply a greasy cream to the skin and for another 30-40 seconds, do light tingling, not pulling the skin too much. This mini-massage can be done separately at any free time or as a warm-up before exercise.
9. Massage with honey
Heat some honey in a water bath to make it thinner and apply to the chin. Rub it, moving from the center of the jaw to the earlobes with your thumbs. Massage 2-3 times a week for 10-15 minutes.
10. Lymphatic drainage massage
This massage accelerates not only blood, but also lymph, removes puffiness and "breaks" fat cells. It helps with double chin, flews, wrinkles and even bags under the eyes. Choose any technique you like, for example - the Japanese Zogan massage. Repeat it every day for 2 weeks, and then several times a week to maintain the result.
