1. Salad from canned fish
Both Peking cabbage and white cabbage are suitable.

3. Vegetable salad with zucchini

You will need: 120 g zucchini, 120 g carrots, 120 g cucumber, 120 g cabbage, 120 g tomatoes, 2 tablespoons each. vegetable oil and soy sauce, spices, a pinch of sugar, garlic.
Preparation: Grate zucchini, carrots and cucumber for Korean carrots, chop the cabbage and finely chop the tomatoes. Add crushed garlic and spiced sugar and butter and soy sauce.
4. Salad with Korean carrots and beans
Jarred red beans are best.
You will need: 1 can of canned beans, 150 g of Korean carrots, 1 onion, 1 egg, 100 g of chicken fillet.
Preparation: Boil and chop the chicken and egg, and during this time finely chop and fry the onion. Rinse the beans lightly, stir the ingredients and serve the salad.
5. Salad with fresh broccoli
If you just have a head of broccoli, you don't have to mess around with it for a long time!
You will need: 1 head of broccoli, 3 carrots, 1 can of corn, 1 pepper, yogurt, spices.
Preparation: Disassemble the broccoli into very small inflorescences and cut off the legs. Chop the carrots and peppers into strips, add the corn and season the salad with the spiced yogurt.
6. Quick salad with cucumbers and sausage
Any leftover smoked sausage or salami will do.
You will need: 200 g cabbage, 1 cucumber, 100 g sausage, 70 g cheese, 4 tbsp. peas, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Chop the cabbage finely, and cut the cucumber and sausage into thin strips. Sodium cheese on a coarse grater, add canned peas and salad with mayonnaise.
7. Spicy cucumber and pepper salad
A simple variation on the theme of Asian salads.
You will need: 1 cucumber, half bell pepper, 0.5 tsp. lemon juice, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, salt, ground red pepper, sugar, herbs, garlic, sesame seeds, 1 tsp. soy sauce.
Preparation: Cut the cucumber into very thin strips, mix with the spices, top with butter, lemon juice and soy sauce, and leave. Similarly, chop the peppers, lightly fry in a non-stick skillet and add to the cucumber. Squeeze the garlic into the salad and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
8. Salad with radishes and rice

You will need: 100 g rice, 250 g radishes, 5 eggs, 1 onion, 200 g sour cream, 1 tsp. mustard.

11. Vegetable salad with eggplant

12. Salad with Chinese cabbage and chicken
Ideal if you have a piece of any ready-made chicken left over.
You will need: 500 g of Chinese cabbage, 250 g of corn, 1 cucumber, 1 pepper, 1 tomato, 200 g of chicken, sour cream, spices, mustard.
Preparation: Take boiled, baked, or smoked chicken and cut into strips. Thinly chop the cabbage, chop the rest of the vegetables, add the corn and top the salad with sour cream with mustard and spices.
13. Quick sorrel salad
