2. Break an egg into a bowl, add salt, sugar and vegetable oil to it. Whisk everything with a regular whisk or fork.

Preparation:
1. Pour kefir into a saucepan, add water to it, stir and slightly warm the mixture.
2. In a separate container, beat the egg with salt and sugar until a beautiful homogeneous mass is achieved.
3. Add warmed kefir to the egg, stir and then add sifted flour.

You will need: 400 ml of kefir, 12 g of dry yeast, 350 g of flour, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp. salt.
Preparation:
1. Add sugar and fresh dry yeast to kefir at room temperature.
2. Add eggs and a pinch of salt, whisk until smooth.
3. Sift the flour 2-3 times to enrich it with air.Slowly add it into the dough and knead it evenly so that there are no lumps.
4. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place for half an hour. It will increase in volume and become covered with bubbles. After that, you can no longer mix it.
