You will need: 300 ml of warm kefir, 3 eggs, 1 glass of sugar, 280 g of flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. sour cream, a handful of raisins, 1 tbsp. icing sugar, butter for greasing the mold.
Preparation: Beat eggs with sugar and sour cream, add kefir, salt, flour and baking powder. Rinse the raisins with boiling water, dry them and pour into the dough. Pour the mass into a greased form and send it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar.
2. Kefir pie with mayonnaise

You will need: 200 ml of warm kefir, 1 egg, 260 g of flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 200 g fried mushrooms, 150 g boiled chicken fillet, 1 onion, 50 g hard cheese, salt, ground black pepper, 1 tsp. olive oil.
Preparation: Mix kefir, eggs, salt, flour and baking powder. Finely chop fillet and onion, add mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Pour some of the dough into the prepared mold, spread the filling evenly and cover with the rest of the dough. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven for 30 minutes.

Meat can be chopped, chopped in a blender or minced.
You will need: 1 cup kefir, 2 eggs, 260 g flour, 8 g baking powder, 1 onion, 300 g boiled meat, 5 sprigs of dill, salt, ground nutmeg, ground black pepper, 2 tsp. vegetable oil.

You will need: 250 ml of kefir, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 eggs, 600 g flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 can of canned fish in oil, 3 stalks of green onions, 1 tsp. lemon juice, salt, ground pepper, ground coriander, 1 tsp. olive oil.
Preparation: Remove the fish from the jar and mash with a fork. Add chopped onion, salt, pepper, coriander and lemon juice.
Combine eggs, kefir, mayonnaise, baking powder, salt and flour. Knead the dough, roll out two cakes. Put the first in a greased pan, add a layer of filling and cover with the second crust on top. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
20. Pie on kefir in a slow cooker

You will need: 1.5 cups warm kefir, 3 eggs, 350 g flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt, 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 drops of vanilla essence, a handful of raisins, 10 g of butter.
