1. Filling with melted cheese and garlic
You will need: 250 g processed cheese, 3 eggs, 1 bunch of herbs, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise.
Preparation: Boil eggs and grate them on a fine grater with melted cheese. Add crushed garlic, chopped herbs and mayonnaise.
2.With chicken, cucumber and eggs
You will need: 300 g chicken, 2 cucumbers, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. sour cream, green onions, spices.
Preparation: Boil the chicken until tender and chop finely. Cut the cucumbers into thin strips, and the boiled sodium eggs on a grater. Chop the green onions and season with sour cream.
3. Filling for tartlets with mushrooms
You will need: 200 g of mushrooms, 50 g of onion, 90 g of cheese, 2 eggs, herbs, garlic, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and fry. Boiled eggs and grated cheese, and at the end add herbs, garlic and mayonnaise to taste.
4.With caviar and cream cheese
You will need: 180 g cream cheese, 80 g caviar, dill, garlic, lemon.
Preparation: Mix cream cheese with garlic and dill to taste and place in tartlets. Spread the red caviar and thin lemon slices on top.
5.With shrimps and cheese
You will need: 400 g shrimp, 250 g cheese, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, basil.
Preparation: Combine mayonnaise with finely chopped or dry basil and crushed garlic. Boil the shrimp until tender, chop finely, add grated cheese and mix with mayonnaise.
6. Filling with red fish and avocado
You will need: 50 g red fish, 1 avocado, 65 g cottage cheese, 1 tsp. lemon juice, spices.
Preparation: Grind avocado pulp, lemon juice, cheese and spices in a blender. Fill the tartlets with this paste and spread the red fish slices on top.
7.With cod liver
You will need: 150 g of cod liver, 2 eggs, 1 cucumber, green onions, 80 g of processed cheese, spices, herbs.
Preparation: Boil eggs and grate with cheese. Cut the cucumber into small cubes, chop the herbs and onions, and cut the cod liver into larger pieces. Gently mix the filling and season to taste.
8. Filling with tuna and eggs
You will need: 180 g of tuna, 2 eggs, 70 g of corn, greens.
Preparation: Finely chop the cucumbers, grate the boiled eggs and crush the tuna with a fork. Add corn and chopped greens to the filling.
9.With ham, cheese and sour cream
You will need: 100 g ham, 90 g cheese, 120 g sour cream, 1 egg, spices.
Preparation: Cut the cheese and ham into cubes and place the filling in the tartlets. Beat the egg with sour cream and spices, pour in the tartlets and bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
10. Filling with minced meat and mushrooms
You will need: 150 g minced meat, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 150 g mushrooms, spices, cheese.
Preparation: Fry the minced meat with onions until tender, then add the mushrooms, and then the finely chopped tomato. Toss the filling with spices and cheese, and place in the tartlets.
11. Filling with beef for tartlets
You will need: 500 g of beef, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 200 g of canned mushrooms, 100 g of pickled cucumbers, 200 g of sour cream, spices.
Preparation: Boil the beef until tender and finely chop with mushrooms and cucumbers. Chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry them until soft. Mix ingredients and season with sour cream and spices.
12.With sausage, cheese and tomato
You will need: 200 g sausages, 1 tomato, 100 g cheese, 2 eggs, mayonnaise, herbs.
Preparation: Boil the eggs and cut all the ingredients, including the cheese, into small cubes. Add greens and mayonnaise to the filling to taste.
13.With beef tongue
You will need: 500 g of beef tongue, 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, 3 eggs, spices, 2 apples, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Boil the tongue, potatoes, carrots and eggs until tender. Cut everything into small cubes, and add the apple there. Season the filling and mix with mayonnaise when cool.
14. Filling with cottage cheese and herbs
You will need: 300 g of cottage cheese, 150 g of sour cream, 50 g of cilantro, green onions and dill, 2 cloves of garlic, spices.
Preparation: Finely chop all the herbs and garlic, and mix with cottage cheese and sour cream. Add the spices and place the filling in the tartlets.
15. Eggplant filling for tartlets
You will need: 2 eggplants, 1 pepper, 1 red onion, 1 bunch of cilantro, 2 cloves of garlic, 0.5 lemons, olive oil, balsamic.
Preparation: Bake peppers and eggplants until cooked for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Chop them finely, add onion, garlic and cilantro, and stir. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice and balsamic.
16.With squid, egg and onion
You will need: 1 squid, 1 egg, 30 g of onion, 50 g of cucumbers, mayonnaise, herbs, spices.
Preparation: Boil the squid for 3-4 minutes in boiling water, and boil the egg separately. Finely chop all the ingredients, and pour boiling water over the onion. Add herbs with spices to the filling and season with mayonnaise.
17.With red cabbage and honey
You will need: 500 g red cabbage, 2 onions, 4 tablespoons. red wine, 50 ml of broth, 2 tbsp. honey, 100 g of nuts, herbs, spices.
Preparation: Finely chop the cabbage and onions and fry. Add broth, wine and honey, stir and carcass until tender. Finally, add herbs, spices and chopped nuts.
18. Filling with apple and cinnamon
You will need: 4 apples, 4 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon.
Preparation: Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes and sprinkle with cinnamon. Then fry the apples with sugar until the desired degree of caramelization.
19.With chicken, pineapple and cheese
You will need: 300 g chicken, 200 g pineapples, 100 g cheese, 50 g nuts, 2 eggs, 1 clove of garlic, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise.
Preparation: Boil the chicken and eggs and cut them into small pineapple cubes. Chop the nuts, grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix the filling with mayonnaise and garlic.
20.With beans, onions and carrots
You will need: 200 g canned beans, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 bunch of cilantro, 2 cloves of garlic, spices.
Preparation: Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and fry until soft. Send all ingredients to a blender, chop until smooth and season to taste. You can adjust the consistency with cream or butter.
21. Filling with chicken and prunes
You will need: 400 g of smoked chicken or ham, 300 g of smoked cheese, 0.5 cups of walnuts, 200 g of prunes, yogurt.
Preparation: Soak the prunes in hot water for 15-20 minutes and chop finely. In the same way, finely chop the chicken, grate the cheese on a coarse grater and chop the nuts. Mix the filling and season with yogurt.
22. Filling with corn for tartlets
You will need: 200 g of corn, 2 cucumbers, 1 pepper, 1 bunch of lettuce leaves, herbs, yogurt.
Preparation: Chop the leaves and herbs as small as possible, and also chop the cucumbers with pepper. Add canned corn and some yogurt to the filling.
23. With chicken, oranges and cheese
You will need: 250 g chicken, 50 g arugula, 1 orange, 100 g cheese, 30 g pomegranate seeds.
Preparation: Boil or smoked chicken and chop finely. Chop arugula leaves, grate cheese and add pomegranate seeds. Peel the orange from all films, and finely chop the slices. Place the filling in the tartlets.
24. Filling with crab sticks
You will need: 8 crab sticks, 2 eggs, 100 g cheese, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise.
Preparation: Boil hard-boiled eggs and grate everything on a fine grater, including garlic and crab sticks. Stir the filling with mayonnaise until smooth.
25. With avocado, cucumber and olives
You will need: 150 g avocado, 200 g cucumber, 50 g olives, 100 g corn, 3 eggs, green onions, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Boil the eggs and cut all the ingredients into cubes as small as possible. Add green onions and lightly brush with mayonnaise if desired.
26.Filling for tomato tartlets
You will need: 120 g tomatoes, 70 g cheese, 2 tbsp. corn, 2 cloves of garlic, herbs, yogurt.
Preparation: Cut the tomatoes and cheese into small cubes, add the corn and mix gently. Combine yogurt, herbs and garlic and season the filling.
27. Filling with Korean carrots
You will need: 100 g Korean carrots, 100 g sausages, 100 g cherry tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 3 tbsp. sour cream, herbs.
Preparation: Chop the carrots a little and cut all the ingredients into small strips. Add greens, stir and season with a little sour cream.
28.With pickles, herbs and mayonnaise
You will need: 8-10 gherkins, 200 g of cheese, 0.5 bunch of dill, green onions, garlic, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. canned peas.
Preparation: Finely chop the cucumbers, add grated cheese, peas and chopped greens with onions. Gently fill the filling with mayonnaise and crushed garlic.
29. Filling with herring for tartlets
You will need: 200 g herring, 1 carrot, 1 tbsp. butter, 100 g of processed cheese, spices.
Preparation: Boil the carrots and grate them on a fine grater, and chop the herring as finely as possible. Combine the processed cheese with butter and spices, and carefully combine all the ingredients.
30. Filling with cherry, cucumber and feta
You will need: 150 g feta, 1 clove of garlic, 0.5 bunch of herbs, 1 cucumber, 4 cherry tomatoes.
Preparation: Crush the feta with a fork and mix with herbs and garlic. Place the cheese filling in the tartlets and top with a cherry quarter and a cucumber slice.
