The great thing about pancakes is that they can be made with literally anything. Therefore, we have collected 30 recipes for the most delicious fillings - sweet, salty, meat, vegetable, cheese, fish and others. Choose or come up with your own combinations!
1. Filling with cottage cheese and raisins
You will need: 500 g of cottage cheese, 1 egg, 4 tbsp. sugar, a pinch of vanilla sugar, 4 tbsp. raisins.
Preparation: Mix the cottage cheese with egg and sugar well, and whisk lightly with a blender. Pour the raisins with boiling water for a couple of minutes and add to the filling.
2.With dried fruits
You will need: 100 g of dried apples, 100 g of dried apricots, 100 g of raisins, 100 g of prunes, water.
Preparation: Pour all the dried fruits with water, and boil the apples for a couple of minutes. Chop everything finely with a knife, add spices to taste and mix.
3.With apples and cinnamon
You will need: 500 g apples, 50 g butter, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tbsp. chopped nuts.
Preparation: Melt the butter in a skillet, add sugar and stir until a nice caramel color. Peel and finely chop the apples, add to the pan and fry for a couple of minutes until soft. Finally, sprinkle the filling with cinnamon.
4. Mushroom filling for pancakes
You will need: 600 g of mushrooms, 2 onions, spices, herbs.
Preparation: Chop the onion and mushrooms very finely and fry until the liquid evaporates. Finally, add spices, chopped herbs and stir.
5.With minced meat
You will need: 500 g minced meat, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 2 onions, spices.
Preparation: Chop the onion finely and fry until golden. Add the minced meat with spices, and continue to fry until tender, stirring occasionally. Finally, add tomato paste and simmer for 2 minutes.
6. Chicken filling
You will need: 600 g chicken, 2 onions, 2 tbsp. sour cream, spices, 1 tbsp. butter.
Preparation: Boil the chicken until tender and mince it. Finely chop the onion, fry until golden brown in butter, add the chicken and stir. Add spices and sour cream there, and mix again.
7.With squid and eggs
You will need: 500 g squid, 75 g cheese, 3 eggs, green onions, spices, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Boil the squid for 3-4 minutes and chop finely. Separately boil eggs and sodium on a coarse grater with cheese. Add spices, chopped green onions and mayonnaise to taste.
8. Filling for herring and carrot pancakes
You will need: 500 g herring, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. vinegar, 1.5 onions, 1 carrot mayonnaise.
Preparation: Peel the herring and mince it with the onion. Add baked carrots and boiled eggs there, and at the end, season the filling with vinegar and mayonnaise.
9.With shrimp and corn
You will need: 250 g shrimp, 60 g leeks, 100 g canned corn, 1 bunch of greens, 100 g soft cheese.
Preparation: Boil the shrimp until tender, and finely chop the leek and fry. Add corn and chopped greens, and mix with soft cheese.
10. Filling with liver
You will need: 400 g liver, 1 carrot, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. red wine, spices.
Preparation: Cut the liver into pieces, fry and mince. Sodium carrots on a fine grater and fry separately. Toss it with the liver, add melted butter and wine, and season with spices.
11.With red fish and cream cheese
You will need: 150 g red fish, 150 g soft cheese, 0.5 bunch of dill, spices.
Preparation: Finely chop the fish, chop the herbs and mix with the cream cheese. If you have cheese in a block, grate it and add it to the filling.
12.With cheese and herbs
You will need: 150 g of hard cheese, 150 g of feta cheese, 1 bunch of greens, 4 tbsp. sour cream.
Preparation: Grate both types of cheese on a coarse grater and mix. Chop greens there, and add sour cream or yogurt to the filling for consistency.
13. Filling with berries and yogurt
You will need: 250 g berries, 100 g sugar, 1 tbsp. starch, 3 tbsp. yogurt.
Preparation: Put the berries in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar and heat, stirring occasionally. Drain off excess liquid, add starch and some yogurt.
14.With cauliflower and sour cream
You will need: 600 g of cauliflower, 150 g of cheese, 1.5 cups of sour cream, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of herbs, spices, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. flour.
Preparation: Disassemble the cauliflower into florets and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Fry the flour in butter, add sour cream with spices and stir until smooth. When the sauce thickens a little, combine it with kale, crushed garlic, chopped herbs and grated cheese.
15. Filling with carrots and onions
You will need: 2 carrots, 2 onions, 1 pepper, 3 eggs, 80 g of cheese, spices.
Preparation: Finely chop the onion and pepper, grate the carrots and fry everything together until golden. Beat the eggs into the filling and continue to fry until tender, stirring constantly. Finally, add spices and grated cheese.
16. Chocolate filling for pancakes
You will need: 2 tbsp flour, 300 ml of milk, 3 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1 tsp. butter.
Preparation: Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, cover with milk and stir. Put on low heat and cook the filling cream until thick.
17. Curd filling with condensed milk
You will need: 150 g of condensed milk, 300 g of cottage cheese, 4 tbsp. nuts, cinnamon.
Preparation: Boil condensed milk or take boiled one and add cinnamon and chopped nuts to it. Whip the cottage cheese with a blender or grind through a sieve, and mix with condensed milk.
18.With pear
You will need: 3 pears, 50 g butter, 80 g brown sugar, 1 lemon, a pinch of cinnamon.
Preparation: Peel the pears, cut into small cubes and fry in butter for 5 minutes. Add cinnamon and brown sugar and cook until caramelized. Finally, add lemon juice and zest, bring to a boil and cool the filling.
19. Banana filling for pancakes
You will need: 2 bananas, 1 apple, sugar, 3 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tbsp. butter.
Preparation: Grind the bananas in a blender, and the soda apple on a coarse grater and fry in butter and sugar until caramelized. Mix apples with banana and add sour cream.
20.With strawberries
You will need: 150 g strawberries, 2 tablespoons condensed milk, 3 tbsp. cottage cheese.
Preparation: Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with condensed milk. Finely chop the strawberries or beat them with a blender, and mix with the curd mass.
21.With nuts and honey
You will need: 180 g of walnuts, 50 g of honey, 80 ml of milk, a pinch of cinnamon and cloves each, powdered sugar.
Preparation: Heat milk with spices, remove from heat and add honey and powdered sugar to it to taste. Add chopped nuts there and mix.
22. Vegetable filling for pancakes
You will need: 200 g of eggplant, 100 g of onion, 200 g of zucchini, 100 g of pepper, 150 g of tomatoes, 100 g of cheese, 50 ml of wine, herbs, spices.
Preparation: Cut all vegetables into very small cubes and fry in a pan. Pour in the wine, and when it evaporates, add herbs, spices and grated cheese.
23. With pickles
You will need: 5 pickles, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise.
Preparation: Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and fry until golden. Cut the pickled cucumbers into very thin strips, mix with frying and season with mayonnaise.
24. With pumpkin and prunes
You will need: 300 g pumpkin, 100 g prunes, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 30 g nuts, 1 tsp. honey.
Preparation: Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater, and grind the prunes and cut into thin strips. Lightly fry the filling until soft, then add honey, nuts and lemon juice.
25. Filling for pancakes with avocado and bacon
You will need: 150 g bacon, 1 avocado, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp. sour cream, spices, herbs.
Preparation: Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a dry skillet. Cut an avocado in the same cube, chop the garlic, mix and season. Add sour cream and chopped herbs to the filling.
26. With feta and spinach
You will need: 200 g spinach, 1 red onion, 100 g feta, spices, 1 tbsp. butter.
Preparation: Chop the onion finely and sauté in butter. Add chopped spinach there and simmer everything together. Finally, add spices and crumbled feta to the filling.
27. Tomato filling with basil
You will need: 2 tomatoes, 100 g mozzarella, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of basil.
Preparation: Peel the tomatoes, finely chop and lightly fry in a pan. Add finely chopped basil, crushed garlic and grated mozzarella.
28.With buckwheat and mushrooms
You will need: 250 g buckwheat, 1 onion, 100 g mushrooms, spices.
Preparation: Boil buckwheat until tender and season. Finely chop the onion with mushrooms, fry and mix with buckwheat. Add cheese, sour cream or a little cream if desired.
29.With rice and egg
You will need: 100 g of rice, 3 eggs, 30 g of butter, herbs, spices.
Preparation: Boil eggs until tender and grate on a coarse grater. Boil the rice separately, chop the herbs and mix the filling. Add spices and melted butter to it.
30. Filling with red caviar and Philadelphia
You will need: 80 g of Philadelphia cheese, 70 g of red caviar, 0.5 bunch of dill.
Preparation: Chop the dill finely and mix with the philadelphia. Grease the pancakes with soft cheese and spread the caviar on top.
