1. Filling with chicken, onions and cheese
You will need: 400 g chicken, 1 onion, 70 g cheese, spices.
Preparation: Chop the onion finely and fry until soft. Add chopped chicken to it and fry together for about 10 minutes, and at the end season, add grated cheese and stir.
2.With rice, eggs and onions
You will need: 80 g rice, 4 eggs, 1 onion, 20 g butter, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices.
Preparation: Boil rice, add butter to it and stir. Finely chop the onion and boiled eggs, fry the onion until golden, mix everything together and season.
3.With minced meat and hot pepper
You will need: 500 g minced meat, 100 g onions, 1 tbsp. paprika, 1 chili, spices.
Preparation: Fry the onion until soft, add finely chopped chili and minced meat, and season. Simmer everything together over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Filling with cabbage and herbs
You will need: 1 head of cabbage, 3 onions, 1 bunch of greens, 3 eggs, 100 g butter, spices.
Preparation: Cut the onion into thin half rings and stew until soft. Chop the cabbage, add boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Squeeze it out of the water, add to the onion along with butter and simmer for a couple of minutes. Finely chop the greens, coarsely chop the boiled eggs, mix everything together and season. A simple and delicious filling for pies is ready!
5. Filling for pies with potatoes and mushrooms
You will need: 500 g potatoes, 200 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 tbsp. butter, spices.
Preparation: Boil the potatoes until tender and mash in mashed potatoes with butter. Finely chop the onion with mushrooms, fry until the moisture evaporates, season and mix everything together.
6.With egg and green onions
You will need: 3 eggs, 150 g green onions, 30 g butter, spices.
Preparation: Boil the eggs and chop them very finely together with the green onions. Add spices and softened butter there, and mix the filling.
7. Filling with cottage cheese and raisins
You will need: 300 g of cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. semolina, 50 g raisins, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 protein.
Preparation: Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve, add semolina, sugar, sour cream and flour, and leave for 15 minutes. Pour boiling water over the raisins, and beat the protein until a persistent foam. Gently mix the protein into the curd, and then the raisins.
8. Filling for pies with cheese and eggs
You will need: 2 eggs, 150 g of hard cheese, 50 g of feta or suluguni, 1 bunch of greens.
Preparation: Boil eggs and sodium on a coarse grater with cheese. Add finely chopped herbs and season the filling to taste.
9. Filling with apples and cinnamon
You will need: 1 kg of apples, 4 tablespoons sugar, 2 tbsp. butter, cinnamon.
Preparation: Cut the apples into small cubes and fry in butter for 3-4 minutes. Add sugar and cook for about the same, and sprinkle with cinnamon at the end.
10.With liver, onions and carrots
You will need: 400 g liver, 1 onion, 1 carrot, spices.
Preparation: Boil the liver in salted water until tender or fry. Separately fry finely chopped onions with grated carrots and chop all the ingredients in a blender or using a meat grinder. Season the filling.
11. Filling with peas
You will need: 1 cup dry peas, 50 g onions, spices.
Preparation: Soak the peas overnight and simmer until tender. Chop finely and fry the onion until golden. Stir and season the filling.
12.With buckwheat and potatoes
You will need: 1 glass of buckwheat, 200 g of potatoes, 100 g of onions, spices.
Preparation: Boil potatoes until tender and mash in mashed potatoes. Chop the onion and fry, and boil the buckwheat separately. Combine all ingredients and season.
13. Filling for pies with pumpkin
You will need: 300 g pumpkin, 1 tsp.cinnamon, 2 tablespoons Sahara.
Preparation: Grate peeled pumpkin on a coarse grater, mix with a spoonful of sugar and leave for 20-30 minutes. Squeeze out the juice, add the remaining sugar and cinnamon and stir.
14. Filling for pies with vegetables
You will need: 1 zucchini, 1 pepper, 1 celery stalk, 1 tomato, 1 carrot, 2 onions, 200 g cabbage, 1 bunch of herbs, garlic and spices.
Preparation: Cut all the vegetables into cubes and grate the carrots. If desired, you can grind cabbage in a blender. Slightly simmer the filling until soft, add chopped herbs, garlic and spices.
15. Filling with pear
You will need: 300 g pears, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tbsp. butter, 10 g vanilla sugar.
Preparation: Combine butter, honey and sugar in a skillet and bring the sugar to dissolve. Put a pear cut into small cubes in the syrup, stir and cook for 5-8 minutes over low heat.
16. Filling for pies with cherries
You will need: 400 g cherries, 50 g sugar, 1.5 tbsp. starch.
Preparation: Remove the pits from the cherries, mix them with sugar and bring to a boil. Stir the starch in water, add to the cherry and boil a little more until the filling thickens. Stir constantly throughout the process.
17.With sausages and melted cheese
You will need: 150 g sausages, 1 processed cheese, 2 eggs, herbs, spices.
Preparation: Boil the eggs and let them cool. Chop them finely with sausages and melted cheese, add chopped herbs and spices to taste.
18. Filling with fish
You will need: 750 g fish fillet, 3 onions, 1 bunch of herbs, spices.
Preparation: Chop the fish finely, roll it in spices and fry it. Fry the chopped onion separately, mix with the fish and add the chopped greens at the end.
19. Filling with sauerkraut
You will need: 600 g sauerkraut, 1 onion, 1 tbsp. Sahara.
Preparation: Cut the onion into thin half rings and fry until golden. Add cabbage to it, sprinkle with sugar, and simmer for about 30-40 minutes. Add water periodically to prevent the cabbage from burning.
20. Filling for canned fish pies
You will need: 240 g canned fish, 1 onion, 4 tablespoons. rice.
Preparation: Boil the rice until tender and let it cool. Fry the onions until golden brown, mash the canned food with a fork, and mix everything together.
21. Filling with berries
You will need: 300 g strawberries, 300 g currants, 300 g raspberries, 150 g sugar.
Preparation: Rinse all the berries thoroughly, cover with sugar and leave for 10 minutes. Boil them over medium heat so that the juice stands out and the syrup boils down slightly. If there is too much liquid, add a spoonful of starch.
22.With heart, egg and onion
You will need: 400 g of pork heart, 2 eggs, 1 onion, 30 g of butter, spices.
Preparation: Rinse the heart, cut in half and boil until tender, about 1.5 hours. Pass it through a butter grinder. Boil the eggs and chop finely, and fry the onion until golden. Stir and season the filling.
23. Filling with pickles
You will need: 200 g pickles, 200 g onions, 50 g butter.
Preparation: Finely chop the onion and fry in butter. Peel the cucumbers, also finely chop and fry separately for 6-7 minutes. Mix them with onions, simmer all together for another 5 minutes and refrigerate.
24. Filling for pies with giblets
You will need: 1 lung, 500 g liver, 0.5 pork heart, 3 onions, spices.
Preparation: Rinse and clean all offal, cut into pieces, add water and bring to a boil. Drain the water, rinse again, pour again and cook until tender. Pass the giblets through a meat grinder and add the fried onions with spices.
25.With sorrel and sugar
You will need: 300 g sorrel, 100 g sugar.
Preparation: Grind the sorrel and stew it in a skillet until it shrinks. Add sugar and spices to taste and stir.
26. Filling with spinach
You will need: 200 g spinach, 3 eggs, 35 g butter, 1 bunch of green onions.
Preparation: Chop the spinach and sauté it in butter until it has reduced in volume.Boil the eggs, chop them finely with green onions and mix the filling.
27. Filling for pies with wild garlic and eggs
You will need: 3 bunches of wild garlic, 5 eggs, 20 g butter.
Preparation: Boil the eggs and chop them finely with a knife. Chop the wild garlic, stir in the eggs and add soft butter to the filling for consistency.
28. Filling with prunes
You will need: 300 g of prunes, 100 ml of water, 3 tbsp. Sahara.
Preparation: Sort out and rinse the prunes, cover it with sugar and fill it with water. Bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and let the filling cool under the lid, and then chop with a knife.
29.With nuts, zest and sugar
You will need: 250 g walnuts, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tsp. zest.
Preparation: Fry the nuts in a skillet or oven for a richer flavor. Grind them in a blender with sugar and lemon zest.
30. Filling for pies with apricots
You will need: 300 g apricots, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tablespoon butter.
Preparation: Melt the honey and butter in a skillet. Cut the apricots into slices, sprinkle with cinnamon and fry them in this syrup for a couple of minutes.
