There are many ways to cook lightly salted cucumbers, but the most convenient option is the one in the package. It does not take much time and space, and the result is simply excellent. We share a selection of 15 proven recipes!
1. A simple recipe for lightly salted cucumbers in a package
We recommend shaking the bag of cucumbers every hour.
You will need: 500 g cucumbers, 12 g salt, 2 cloves of garlic, half a bunch of dill.
Preparation: Rinse the cucumbers and cut off the ends. Crush the garlic with a knife handle, finely chop the dill. Put everything in a bag, add salt, tie and shake well so that the salt and spices are evenly distributed. Put the bag of cucumbers in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
2. Lightly salted cucumbers in a bag for 30 minutes
This recipe comes to the rescue when you need to make a snack very quickly!
You will need: 1 kg of cucumbers, half a head of garlic, 0.5 tsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. coarse salt, half a bunch of dill, 3 peas of black and allspice.
Preparation: Rinse the cucumbers and cut into 8 pieces. Chop the dill and garlic. Put everything in a tight bag, add peppercorns, salt and sugar. Shake the bag for a minute and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Take out the bag every 10 minutes and shake it.
3. Lightly salted cucumbers with vinegar in a bag
You can use special bags with fasteners.
You will need: 500 g medium cucumbers, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 umbrellas of dill, a pinch of sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Preparation: Rinse the cucumbers and put them in a bag. Add salt, sugar, vinegar, oil, dill and garlic squeezed through a press. Tie the bag and shake well. Leave the cucumbers in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
4. Fragrant lightly salted cucumbers
Cucumbers with a length of 12-15 centimeters are best suited.
You will need: 1 kg of cucumbers, 4 cloves of garlic, 40 g of dill, 1 tbsp. salt, a pinch of sugar, 30 ml of vegetable oil, 2 cloves, 3 allspice peas.
Preparation: Cut the ends off the cucumbers and put them in a bag. Grind herbs with garlic, oil, salt and sugar in a blender. Put the resulting mixture over the cucumbers, add cloves and pepper. Tie the bag, shake it and put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
5. Lightly salted gherkins in a package
Small cucumbers can be pickled in just an hour!
You will need: 400 g gherkins, 3 cloves of garlic, 20 g dill, 5 black peppercorns, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 bay leaf.
Preparation: Rinse the cucumbers and soak them for half an hour in cold water. Then transfer to a bag, add salt, black pepper, bay leaf and finely chopped dill and garlic. Tie the bag, shake it and leave it warm for half an hour.
6. Lightly salted cucumbers with hot peppers in a bag
The pungency of the cucumbers can be adjusted by the amount of chili peppers.
You will need: 1 kg cucumbers, 1 chili pepper, 2 dill umbrellas, half a bunch of herbs, 1 tbsp. salt, 0.5 tsp. sugar, 5 cloves of garlic, 0.5 tsp. ground black pepper, 5 allspice peas.
Preparation: Cut the cucumbers into 4 pieces and put them in a bag. Add spices, salt, sugar, chopped herbs, chili and garlic. Tie the bag and shake well. Leave the cucumbers warm for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
7. Lightly salted cucumbers with lemon and ginger
We recommend working with ginger with gloves.
You will need: 1 kg of cucumbers, 20 g of ginger root, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. coarse salt, half a head of garlic, 0.5 tsp. sugar, ground black pepper, 3 dill umbrellas.
Preparation: Cut off the ends from the washed cucumbers. Peel the ginger root and rub on a fine grater, squeeze the garlic through a press. Place the cucumbers, garlic, ginger and dill in a bag. Add salt, sugar, lemon juice and ground pepper. Tie the bag, shake to distribute everything evenly and refrigerate for 3 hours.
8. Lightly salted cucumbers with mustard in a bag
Be sure to rinse the cucumbers before eating!
You will need: 1 kg of cucumbers, 1 tbsp.dry mustard, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp. salt, 3 peas of black and allspice, half a bunch of dill.
Preparation: Put the prepared cucumbers in a bag. Add mustard, salt, peppercorns, chopped garlic and dill. Tie the bag, shake and refrigerate for 6 hours.
9. Lightly salted cucumbers with soy sauce and sesame seeds
An interesting recipe for lightly salted cucumbers in a package for lovers of Korean cuisine!
You will need: 1 kg of cucumbers, 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 20 g coarse salt, half a head of garlic, half a bunch of parsley, 1 tbsp. vinegar, a pinch of sugar.
Preparation: Cut the cucumbers into quarters lengthwise so that they stick together. Grind the parsley with salt and put inside the cucumbers. Put everything in a bag, add sesame seeds, soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar and vinegar. Tie the bag, shake a couple of times and leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Take out and shake cucumbers every hour.
10. Broken lightly salted cucumbers in a bag
It is enough to hit each cucumber twice in different places.
You will need: 1 kg of cucumbers, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp. coarse salt, half a bunch of dill, 5 allspice peas, 2 cloves, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, a pinch of sugar.
Preparation: Rinse the cucumbers and beat them with a rolling pin. Put in a bag, add salt, sugar, lemon juice, spices and finely chopped dill and garlic. Tie the bag and shake. Leave the cucumbers in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
11. Lightly salted cucumbers with bread in a bag
Bread starts natural fermentation processes.
You will need: 1 kg of cucumbers, 200 g of bread, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tsp. vinegar, half a bunch of dill, 5 cloves of garlic, 5 allspice peas.
Preparation: Cut off the ends from the washed cucumbers, and finely chop the garlic and dill. Put everything in a bag, add crumbled bread, salt, allspice and vinegar. Tie the bag and shake. Leave warm for an hour, then refrigerate overnight.
12. Lightly salted cucumbers with fragrant leaves in a bag
Collect leaves in places far from the city and roads.
You will need: 1 kg of cucumbers, 1 tbsp. salt, a pinch of sugar, 3 leaves of cherries, raspberries, currants and nuts, half a bunch of dill, 5 black peppercorns, 1 hot pepper, 2 cloves of garlic.
Preparation: Rinse the leaves and cucumbers, crush the garlic with a knife handle. Put everything in a bag, add allspice, whole hot pepper, salt, sugar and finely chopped dill. Tie the bag and shake well, send the cucumbers to the refrigerator for 10 hours.
13. Lightly salted cucumbers with apple and celery
Sweet and sour apples are perfect.
You will need: 1 kg of cucumbers, 2 apples, 200 g of celery, half a head of garlic, 1 tbsp. salt, 3 peas of black and allspice, a pinch of sugar, 1 tbsp. vinegar, 30 g dill.
Preparation: Cut the ends off the cucumbers and soak them in cold water for an hour. Put the cucumbers in a bag, add salt, sugar, vinegar, spices, diced apples, chopped celery, garlic and dill. Tie the bag, shake and refrigerate for 6 hours.
14. Lightly salted cucumbers with tomatoes in a bag
For quick salting, the tomatoes should be pierced.
You will need: 500 g cucumbers, 500 g small tomatoes, half a head of garlic, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tsp. vinegar, a pinch of sugar, 2 bay leaves, a bunch of dill.
Preparation: Cut the cucumbers lengthwise into 4 pieces, chop the dill and garlic. Put everything in a bag, add whole tomatoes, salt, sugar, vinegar and bay leaves. Tie the bag and shake it well to distribute the contents evenly. Transfer the vegetables to marinate in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
15. Lightly salted cucumbers with coriander and tarragon
Delight your family with a fragrant snack!
You will need: 1 kg of cucumbers, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tsp. coriander beans, 1 tsp. mustard beans, 20 g tarragon, 4 cloves of garlic, 5 allspice peas, a pinch of sugar, a slice of lemon.
Preparation: Rinse the cucumbers and put them in a bag.Add tarragon, coriander, mustard, salt, sugar, lemon juice, allspice and garlic squeezed through a press. Shake the bag to distribute the spices evenly and refrigerate for 24 hours.
