Preparation: Knead the stiff noodle dough by mixing the indicated ingredients in a bowl. Roll it into a cake, the thickness of which does not exceed 3 - 4 mm. Cut into thin strips and boil in salted boiling water for 5 to 6 minutes.

In a large saucepan, fry the meat in oil until golden brown, then add onions, carrots, and bell peppers at intervals of 5 to 8 minutes. Add all the other vegetables, cut into medium cubes. Pour in the broth, season with spices. Carcasses covered over low heat for about an hour. Add the garlic a few minutes before cooking. You will need: 150 g of soy meat, 350 g of rice noodles, 4 potatoes, 1 carrot, 2 onions, 3 large meaty tomatoes, herbs, a couple of cloves of garlic, salt and spices, corn oil.

Preparation: Cook the soy meat according to the instructions, discard it in a colander to cool, and the excess moisture in the glass. In a small saucepan, bring 2 liters of purified water to a boil. Pour in the potatoes, chopped into narrow wedges, while they are boiling, cook the fry in vegetable oil from carrots and onions. Pour grated tomatoes and carcasses into a skillet for about 15 - 18 minutes. Then add the soy meat and broth. Carcass covered for another 10 minutes.

You will need: 500 g of noodles (homemade or from the store), 0.5 kg of rabbit meat, 2 onions and 1 carrot, a slice of celery root, a handful of sun-dried tomatoes, 0.5 bell pepper pods, 50 g of dried eggplant, 3 potatoes, 3 tbsp. l. tomato sauce, garlic, herbs.

Preparation: Fry pieces of meat in any fat. Separately prepare the stir-fried onion with carrots and grated celery root. Transfer the frying to a thick-walled saucepan or stewpan, add meat, dried and dried vegetables, Bulgarian pepper, tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Pour it all over with water and cook over low heat. Cut the potatoes into wedges and fry until golden brown. Pour into a saucepan, let it boil for about 20 minutes.
