1. Greek salad - a classic recipe
The secret ingredient in the aromatic dressing is dry herbs. Oregano or marjoram will do.
You will need: 5 small cucumbers, 3 tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, half a red onion, 10-15 pitted olives, 100-150 g feta, 1-2 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. lemon juice or wine vinegar, 4 tbsp. l. Extra Virgin olive oil, 0.5 tsp each black pepper and oregano.
Preparation:
1. Cut the cucumbers into large semicircles, the tomatoes into slices and the peppers into chunks. Stir the vegetables in a bowl and place them on bowls.
2. Cut the onion into half rings and place on top of the vegetables.
3. Squeeze the garlic into a separate container, add salt, lemon juice, olive oil and black pepper. Spread the lettuce evenly.
4. Cut the cheese into large cubes and place on top, then sprinkle with dried oregano. Garnish with olives.
2. Greek salad with basil
Basil gives the salad a bright and rich aroma.
You will need: 1 bell pepper, 1 large tomato, 3 cucumbers, 50 g pitted olives, 1 onion, 150 g feta, fresh basil, 1 tsp. dried oregano, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 50-70 ml of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Preparation:
1. Chop fresh basil leaves and place in a bowl. Add black pepper, oregano, lemon juice and olive oil to it for a dressing.
2. Cut the cucumbers into large half rings, the tomato and pepper into cubes, and the onion into thin half rings. Add olives, salt and mix ingredients.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir. Place in a plate on lettuce leaves and top with feta cubes.
3. Greek salad with feta cheese
Not everyone knows, but in fact the dish that we call Greek salad is "choriatic".
You will need: 5 cucumbers, 1 large tomato, 1 bell pepper, half a red onion, 120 g sheep cheese, 50 ml olive oil, pitted olives, oregano, salt, sugar, black pepper.
Preparation:
1. Roughly peel and cut the cucumbers into large semicircles. Chop the tomato into slices, and the pepper into large triangles.
2. Add olives to vegetables and sprinkle with oregano to taste. Add some pepper, salt and sugar. Pour in olive oil and stir.
3. Cut the cheese into large cubes, add to the salad and mix again. Top with thin onion half rings and sprinkle with oregano again.
4. Greek salad with honey-mustard dressing

You will need: 2 cucumbers, 2 tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, 1 red onion, 80 g olives, 100 g feta, a bunch of lettuce, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tbsp. honey, 1/4 tsp. dry mustard, 0.5 tsp each dried basil and oregano, salt, pepper.
Preparation:
1. Combine olive oil with lemon juice, honey, mustard, dry spices and salt.
2. Cut the peeled peppers and tomatoes into medium cubes, and the cucumbers and onions into half rings. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and stir.
3. Cut feta into cubes, add to salad and stir lightly again. Serve on lettuce leaves and top with olives.
5. Greek salad with balsamic vinegar
Another amazing dressing variation for fresh Greek salad!
You will need: 250 g tomatoes, 200 g bell pepper, 300 g cucumbers, 100 g pitted olives, 150 g feta, 100 g sweet onions, 30 g green basil, 1 tsp. honey, 1 tsp. oregano, 70 ml olive oil, 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Preparation:
1. Combine olive oil, balsamic, honey, oregano, salt and pepper. Leave the dressing for half an hour.
2. Cut all the vegetables into large cubes and the onions into quarters of the rings. Cut the olives in half and stir the salad.
3. Put the salad on a plate, sprinkle with green basil, put the feta cubes and generously fill with the dressing.
