1. Peking cabbage stuffed cabbage in the oven
The main advantage of Peking is that you don't need to cook it for a long time.
You will need: 1.2 kg of Chinese cabbage, 200 g of minced beef, 400 g of minced pork, 100 g of rice, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 1 onion, 1 pepper, 1 carrot, 4 cloves of garlic, spices and herbs.
Preparation:
1. Cut off the base of the cabbage, disassemble it into leaves and pour boiling water over for 10 minutes. And at the same time pour the rice. Then roll each piece of paper and squeeze it lightly.
2. Chop the onion and fry for a couple of minutes until soft. Add carrots and carcasses to it for another 5 minutes, and then add pepper for the next couple of minutes. Finally add the garlic and tomato paste and stir.
3. Add half of the frying to the minced meat, and pour 500 ml of water into the remaining and season. Boil for a minute after boiling.
4. Add rice, herbs, spices to the minced meat, knead well and beat it with your hands.
5. Wrap the minced meat in cabbage leaves, tuck the edges inward and place the cabbage rolls in the mold with the seam down. Pour in the gravy, cover with foil, make a couple of holes for the steam, and put in the oven for an hour at 200 degrees. After half an hour, reduce the temperature to 180. And the last 5 minutes of baking at 200 degrees without foil.
2. Cabbage rolls in a saucepan
And for a small amount of cabbage rolls, even a deep frying pan will be enough.
You will need: 0.5 head of Chinese cabbage, 350 g minced meat, 1 carrot, 1/3 cup rice, spices, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 3 tablespoons sour cream, 300 ml of water.
Preparation: Boil the rice until half cooked, grate the carrots on a fine grater, and add everything to the minced meat. Pour boiling water over Peking cabbage leaves for 5 minutes and dry. Mix water, sour cream, tomato and spices. Wrap the cabbage rolls, put them in a saucepan, pour the sauce and mascara for an hour on low heat after boiling.
3. Cabbage rolls with millet and Chinese cabbage
Unusual lean cabbage rolls without meat.
You will need: 1 Chinese cabbage, 300 g of mushrooms, 200 g of millet, 2 onions, 2 carrots, 500 ml of tomato juice, spices.
Preparation: Boil the millet until tender, grate the carrots and finely chop the onion. Fry half of carrots and onions with mushrooms and add to millet, and half - stew with tomato juice and spices for gravy.
Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves for 5 minutes and let drain. Stir the filling, wrap the cabbage rolls and place in the mold. Pour the sauce evenly over them and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
4. Cabbage rolls with Chinese cabbage and chicken
Stuffed cabbage rolls with minced chicken are lighter and more tender.
You will need: 1 Chinese cabbage, 700 g chicken fillet, 4 tbsp. rice, 1 carrot, 1 onion, spices, 1 bunch of herbs, 300 ml of tomato juice, 1 bay leaf, garlic.
Preparation: Grind the chicken into minced meat, add rice, boiled until half cooked, chopped herbs, garlic and spices. Chop the carrots and onions in a blender, send them there, and mix the filling. Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves for 3 minutes, drain and wrap cabbage rolls. Put them in a saucepan, cover with tomato juice with spices and carcasses for about 45 minutes.
5. Peking cabbage stuffed cabbage with mushrooms
Soft, tasty and juicy filling especially for you!
You will need: 1 Chinese cabbage, 120 g of rice, 70 g of mushrooms, 150 g of minced meat, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 0.5 bunch of greens, 1 egg, spices, 70 g of tomato paste.
Preparation: Boil the rice until half cooked, chop and fry the onion with mushrooms, and pour boiling water over the cabbage leaves for a couple of minutes. Add rice, mushrooms, herbs, spices, grated carrots and an egg to the minced meat, and mix.
Shape the cabbage rolls and lightly fry on both sides, and then pour the tomato paste and 500 ml of water. Carcasses covered for 40 minutes over low heat.
6. Cabbage rolls with fish and Chinese cabbage
You will probably try this dish for the first time!
You will need: 1 Chinese cabbage, 300 g of fish, 2 potatoes, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. flour, 1.5 tbsp. butter, 250 ml cream, 200 g cheese, fish broth, spices.
Preparation: Boil fish and potatoes until tender. Mash mashed potatoes with a little cream, butter and egg. Add fish pieces, 50 g of grated cheese and spices there.
Pour boiling water over the cabbage leaves for 5 minutes, and wrap the filling in stuffed cabbage rolls. Fry the flour in butter, pour in the cream and simmer the sauce until thick. Pour the cabbage rolls with sauce, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 180 and 30 minutes at 150 degrees.
7. Peking cabbage stuffed with cottage cheese
Another original filling recipe!
You will need: 250 g of cottage cheese, 250 g of sour cream, 1 Chinese cabbage, 1 egg, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of herbs, spices.
Preparation: Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves for a couple of minutes and let dry. Combine cottage cheese with egg, spices, garlic and chopped herbs. Wrap the cabbage rolls, add sour cream and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
8. Cabbage rolls with buckwheat
The unique aroma of buckwheat will fill the entire kitchen.
You will need: 1 Chinese cabbage, 350 g minced meat, 200 g buckwheat, 2 onions, 2 carrots, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 2 tablespoons sour cream, spices, 300 ml of water.
Preparation: Add spices, grated onion, cooked buckwheat, sour cream to the minced meat, and stir until smooth. Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves for 5 minutes and let drain. Fry the remaining onions with carrots and tomato paste, fill the frying with water and simmer for a couple of minutes. Shape the cabbage rolls, put in a mold, spread the sauce on top and bake for 40-60 minutes at 180 degrees under foil.
9. Cabbage rolls with Chinese cabbage and raisins
Again, a vegetarian lean option without meat.
You will need: 1 Chinese cabbage, 150 g of rice, 500 ml of vegetable broth, 1 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. raisins, 1 lemon, spices.
Preparation: Lightly fry the rice, add broth and boil until tender. Add to it the zest of half a lemon, spices, raisins, flour, and a little more stew. Pour boiling water over the cabbage leaves for 3 minutes, shape the cabbage rolls and place in a mold. Add some water and bake for 30 minutes under foil at 180 degrees.
10. Cabbage rolls with potatoes and Chinese cabbage
You can replace some of the potatoes with other vegetables or minced meat.
You will need: 1 Chinese cabbage, 400 g of potatoes, 2 onions, 2 carrots, spices, herbs, 40 g of tomato paste.
Preparation: Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves for 5 minutes and let drain. Chop 1 onion and 1 carrot, fry, and add grated potatoes there. Carcasses over low heat for about half an hour, and at the very end, season the filling and add chopped herbs.
Separately fry the remaining onions with carrots, add tomato paste, spices and herbs, a fraction of water and boil for a couple of minutes. Form the stuffed cabbage rolls with potato filling, put in a mold, pour over the sauce and bake for 50 minutes at 160 degrees.
11. Cabbage rolls in sour cream sauce
A quick and easy recipe for cabbage rolls in a hurry.
You will need: 1 Chinese cabbage, 600 g minced meat, 1 carrot, 0.5 cups bulgur, 5 tbsp. sour cream, 1.5 onions, spices.
Preparation: Boil the bulgur until half cooked, fry 1 chopped onion, and add them to the minced meat with spices. Pour boiling water over Peking cabbage leaves for a couple of minutes and let drain.
Separately fry the remaining onions with carrots, add sour cream and 5 tablespoons of water. Form cabbage rolls with bulgur, put in a saucepan, pour over the sauce, bring to a boil and simmer for 40 minutes over low heat.
12. Peking cabbage stuffed cabbage with cheese
Cheese will not spoil any dish, and stuffed cabbage is no exception!
You will need: 1 Chinese cabbage, 300 g minced meat, 2 onions, 2 carrots, 1 egg, garlic, 1.5 tomatoes, 50 g rice, 200 g cheese, 2 tbsp. tomato sauce, spices, herbs.
Preparation: Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves for 5 minutes and let dry. Chop and fry 1 onion, 1 carrot and garlic, then add tomato sauce, herbs, spices, a little water and stew.
Add boiled rice, grated onion and carrots, egg and spices to the minced meat, and form cabbage rolls. Put them in a mold, spread the tomato slices on top, and cover with the sauce. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees under foil, then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.
