What could be better, more flavorful and tastier than homemade cookies? It is certainly much better than the store one, because it is prepared with love. And for this it is not at all necessary to spend days in the kitchen. We share simple and proven recipes!
1. Coconut cookies
It's even better and healthier than the bounty!
You will need: 100 g flour, 100 g sugar, 200 g coconut, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. baking powder.
Cooking. Beat eggs with sugar, add coconut to the mixture and mix well. Add baking powder to the flour, knead the dough and refrigerate for half an hour. Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
2. Cookies with peanut butter
Many people try peanut butter, but then they don't know what to do with it. Let's tell!
You will need: 2.5 cups flour, 2 eggs, 1 cup melted butter, 1.5 cups peanut butter, 1.5 cups brown sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda, 0.5 tsp. baking powder, 0.5 tsp. salt.
Cooking. Using a mixer, beat the butter and sugar, then gradually add the eggs and peanut butter while continuing to beat. Pour in all the other dry ingredients, beat the dough and leave for half an hour. Spoon the cookies and bake for 17 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
3. Savoyardi cookies
Legendary biscuit biscuits for the same legendary dessert - tiramisu.
You will need: 75 g flour, 75 g sugar, 2.5 tsp. powdered sugar, 3 yolks, 4 whites.
Cooking. Beat the yolks with two-thirds of the sugar into a fluffy bulk, add half the flour to it and mix gently with a spoon. Beat the whites into a foam, add the remaining sugar and add a third of the mass to the yolks. Stir the yolks again, add the remaining flour and whites. Squeeze the cookies into strips and bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
4. The fastest cookie
Unexpectedly, friends called and were going to drop by your house for tea in half an hour? Here's a great life hack for you!
You will need: 230 g flour, 120 g butter, 80 g icing sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla sugar, 1 tsp. lemon zest, 2 yolks.
Cooking. Combine flour, sugar, butter, yolks and zest into a firm, elastic dough. Continue to stir without stopping for about 7-9 minutes, roll into a sausage and cut into washers. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. Oatmeal cookies
Homemade Whole Oatmeal Cookies are a great breakfast or snack for the day!
You will need: 100 g butter, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 2 eggs, dried berries, nuts, candied fruits, chocolate and other additives.
Cooking. Mash the butter and sugar with a fork, then beat well with a mixer, add the eggs and mix again. Alternately, kneading thoroughly after each time, pour in oatmeal, about 2 glasses of additives to your taste and flour. Roll into balls, roll in flour, shape into cookies and bake on parchment for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
6. Banana Oatmeal Cookies
While we're on the subject of breakfast, here's another good cookie for the whole family. And no flour!
You will need: 2 bananas, 1 cup oatmeal, chocolate, cinnamon, nuts, dried berries, and other additives.
Cooking. Mash the bananas well with the oatmeal and knead until smooth. Add toppings, chocolate, cinnamon or spices to taste. Bake 15 minutes on parchment at 180 degrees.
7. Cookies with chocolate drops

You will need: 400 g butter, 1.5 cups sugar, 2 cups flour, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp. vanillin, chocolate drops for baking.
Cooking. Beat butter and sugar with a mixer until light airy texture, add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and combine both masses.Add chocolate drops (or grated chocolate), mix again and put in the cold for half an hour. Roll the dough into small balls and bake on parchment at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
8. Cookies with sour cream
If a can of sour cream just disappears in the refrigerator, put it into action!
You will need: 200 g sugar, 120 g butter, 180 g sour cream, 2 eggs, 400 g flour, 10 g baking powder and 1 tsp. vanilla extract.
Cooking. Mix melted butter with sugar and eggs, then add sour cream, vanilla extract and whisk well. Gradually add flour and baking powder, kneading a firm dough. Leave it in the refrigerator for 3 hours, roll it out half a centimeter and cut out the cookies. Bake for 10-12 minutes on parchment at 180 degrees.
9. Cookies with apples
Fritters with apples have long been a surprise, but what about cookies?
You will need: 200 g margarine, 500 g flour, 120 g sugar, 4 eggs, 3 medium apples, 1 tsp. vanillin, 1.5 tsp. baking powder.
Cooking. Mash eggs well with vanilla and sugar, add margarine and add flour and baking powder. When you knead the dough until smooth, add the finely chopped apples. It will turn out to be very soft, so spread it with a spoon and be sure to - on parchment. Bake apple cookies for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
10. Banana cookies
Banana dough is increasingly used in all sorts of homemade baked goods.
You will need: 3 cups flour, 1.5 cups sugar, 190 g butter, 4 bananas, 3 eggs, 1.5 tsp. soda.
Cooking. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer, melt the butter until soft and crush the bananas in mashed potatoes. Mix all this in one container, add baking soda and start gradually adding flour. Leave the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour, form small washers, like for cheesecakes, and bake them for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
11. Curd biscuits
The same sugar cottage cheese triangles that your mom made!
You will need: 100 g butter, 100 g cottage cheese, 160 g flour, 3 tbsp. sugar, a pinch of salt and baking powder.
Cooking. Mix dry ingredients together, and melted butter with grated cottage cheese. Combine both masses and knead into a soft dough. Roll up the balls, flatten them into circles, fold each in four times and sprinkle with sugar on top. Or you can roll up the original roses to make it even more spectacular! Bake for 15-17 minutes at 180 degrees.
12. Delicate nut cookies
This is your option if you like nuts, but do not like baked goods with large additives.
You will need: 1 cup flour, 1.5 cups chopped walnuts, 0.5 cups sugar, 0.5 cups softened butter, 1 tsp. vanilla sugar, 0.5 tsp. salt, icing sugar.
Cooking. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl, add butter and knead the dough well with your hands. Leave it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and roll into small balls. Bake them at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes and then immediately roll each ball in powdered sugar until it cools down.
13. Cookies "Madeleine"
Now you are unlikely to find it in coffee shops, but you can cook it yourself at home!
You will need: 120 g flour, 80 g sugar, 90 g butter, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. lemon juice.
Cooking. Melt the butter until soft, grind it with eggs and sugar, and then beat well with a mixer. Add lemon juice, flour and knead the dough again. Put it in tins and bake for 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
14. Sesame cookies
Sesame is not only tasty and healthy, but also very aromatic in homemade baked goods.
You will need: 70 g flour, 160 g sesame seeds, 60 g butter, 120 g sugar, 1 egg, 0.5 tsp. baking powder, 0.5 tsp. salt, 0.5 tsp. vanillin, 1 tsp. lemon juice.
Cooking. Beat the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and lemon juice well with a mixer. Stir in the flour, and then add the sesame seeds with a wooden spatula. Spread the dough out onto the parchment with a small spoon at a distance from each other, because the balls are still spreading. Bake the cookies for 8-15 minutes at 180 degrees until they are golden brown.
fifteen.Cookies "Torchetti"
Another legendary Italian cookie. Please do not confuse torchetti with donuts!
You will need: 220 g flour, 100 g butter, 100 g sugar, 3-4 tbsp. water, 1 tsp. baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Cooking. Combine dry ingredients, add butter, cut into pieces, and knead into crumbs. Pour in water, knead an elastic dough, tear off pieces and roll each into a sausage, and then into a ring. Dip the rings in sugar on one side and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
16. Homemade cookies with jam
Homemade will be much more aromatic and tastier than unidentified colored fillers from the store.
You will need: 2 cups flour, 1 cup softened butter, 0.5 cups sugar, 1 egg, 0.5 tsp. baking powder, 0.5 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla sugar, jam.
Cooking. Beat butter and sugar until frothy white mass, add egg and vanilla, stir again and add flour. Knead the dough until smooth and form into small balls. Insert a small hole inside each ball with your finger and fill it with jam. Bake on parchment for 15 minutes at 180 degrees until beautiful golden brown.
17. Simple biscuit cookies
Even if your biscuits do not work out catastrophically, you will definitely cope with these cookies!
You will need: 220 g flour, 100 g sugar, 100 g butter, 1 egg, 0.5 tsp. baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Cooking. Grind soft butter with a spatula with egg and sugar. Add baking powder, flour and knead not too thick, sticky dough. Spoon it on parchment and bake for 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
18. Chocolate chip cookies
Real chocolate and chocolate biscuits - everything for you!
You will need: 240 g chocolate, 2/3 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 4 tbsp. butter, 3 eggs, 0.5 tsp. baking powder, 0.5 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla sugar, 1.5 chocolate bars in pieces.
Cooking. Melt the butter and chocolate on a steam bath or in the microwave, whilst whisking eggs with vanilla and sugar. Slowly mix both mixtures on the minimum mixer speed and gradually add flour with salt and baking powder. Add the chocolate pieces, stir the dough again and spoon out the neat circles. Bake the chocolate chip cookies for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
19. Cookies in the form of coffee beans
These homemade cookies are not only delicious, but also very beautiful!
You will need: 200 g butter, 200 ml cream 30%, 650 g flour, 250 g sugar, 4 tbsp. milk, 5 tbsp. instant coffee, 3 tbsp. cocoa.
Cooking. Dissolve coffee in hot milk, and then add butter, cream, sugar and cocoa there. Beat the mixture with a whisk, slowly add flour and knead the dough. Roll it into balls, flatten it, then stretch it out to the shape of a coffee bean and make an incision with a toothpick. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
20. Soft milk biscuits
These cookies are very reminiscent of a creamy crust or biscuit.
You will need: 400 g flour, 100 g butter, 200 g sugar, 80 ml milk, 1 egg, 0.5 tsp. baking powder.
Cooking. Whisk the butter and sugar well, add the egg, milk and baking powder. Gently add flour, knead a dense elastic dough and roll it on the table into a pancake up to 1 cm thick. Cut cookies with cookie cutters or a glass, spread on parchment and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the baking sheet when the cookies are browning or you may dry them out.
