1. Squid in Chinese

You will need: 1 shallots, 4 garlic cloves, 650 g squid, 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce, 2 tsp. sugar, nutmeg.
Preparation: Chop the boiled squid into rings, transfer to the pan with fried shallots. Cook for 1 minute, sprinkle with sugar, salt, spices, pour over the sauce. After 2 minutes, remove from heat, season with a pinch of well-ground nutmeg and garlic.
2. Fried squid

You will need: 1 kg of whole squid, 0.5 cups of flour, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt.
Preparation: Separate the tentacles and tail, viscera and cartilage from the carcasses without disturbing the upper film. Dry with paper towels, cut the squid into rings 2 cm wide with a sharp knife. Roll in sifted flour and salt, fry on both sides until golden brown.
3. Squid with vegetables
It is better to immediately prepare a larger portion, such an appetizer is eaten much faster than it is cooked!
You will need: 0.6 kg squid, 1.5 tsp. sea salt, 0.5 tsp. ground pepper, 2 carrots and onions, 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Preparation: Mix boiled and peeled squid, as well as half rings of onion with grated carrots, natural oil and spices. Arrange in half-liter jars, cover the neck with foil, cook in the oven for an hour and a half.
4. Pasta "Italiano" with squid

You will need: 350 g spaghetti, 0.5 kg squid (only carcasses), 2 tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 6 tbsp. l. olive oil, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice, a pinch of Provencal herbs.
Preparation: To the slices of tomatoes fried in oil, add the squid cut into strips, add chopped garlic, spices, pour in lemon juice. Pour cooked spaghetti with this sauce.
5. Snack "Sea" with squid
Squid and fresh-frozen pink salmon make a wonderful appetizer that is distinguished by its bright appearance and taste.
You will need: 1 kg of pink salmon, 6 boiled squid, 165 ml of vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. l. salt, 0.5 tsp. lemon pepper, 1 tbsp. l. Sahara.
Preparation: Cut the fish into pieces, fill it with a paste of sugar, salt and aromatic oil. The next day, layer the squid rings and fish slices into a deep container and store in the refrigerator.

You will need: 600 g squid carcasses, 1 sweet bell pepper, 1 glass of purified water, 3 medium onions, 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil, 6 peppercorns, 2 tsp. chopped cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp. l. vinegar essence, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 2 leaves of laurel, 1 tsp. sea salt of medium grinding.
Preparation: Pour the onion cut into rings into a saucepan, pour in the marinade of soda, salt, sugar, spices and essences, boil.Squeeze the onion from the marinade, mix with boiled squid, chopped into thin strips, bell pepper and aromatic oil.

You will need: 0.6 kg of squid, 0.5 kg of onion, 2 carrots, 30 ml of vinegar 9%, 70 ml of water, 1.3 tsp. sugar, 2.5 tsp. salt, 0.3 tsp. ground pepper, 2 bay leaves, 3.5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 0.4 bunch of parsley.
Preparation: Put all the spices indicated in the recipe in a saucepan, add water and vinegar, add onions, heat to 80 degrees, cool by placing the pan in a bowl of ice water. Pour vegetable oil to the onion, put in a cold place for several hours. Cut the prepared squid meat into strips, add grated carrots and squeezed pickled onions to it, mix and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
13. Squid with egg and cabbage filling

Preparation: Fry the onions and cabbage, pour in 110 ml of water, add salt, carcasses for half an hour. Pour in beaten eggs, sour cream, add chopped greens. Fill the boiled and peeled squid with egg and cabbage mass, fry on all sides in melted butter.
14. Squid in the Far East
A full lunch or dinner is prepared from squid, vegetables and rice in the Far East.
You will need: 3 squid carcasses, 2 onions, 1 carrot, 1 sweet bell pepper, 0.5 chili peppers, 1 tbsp. l. sesame oil, 2 tablespoons l. olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. l. rice vinegar, 50 ml of dessert wine, 1 tbsp. l.starch and sugar, 0.3 bunch of green onions, 2 cups of rice.
Preparation: Turn out the carcasses and make cuts on the inside, then cut into rectangles 4 cm long. Boil for 30 seconds in salted boiling water, while the squid pieces will shrink in the form of cones.
Cut the onions into quarters, chop the rest of the vegetables into strips, cut the onions into four parts, put them in a saucepan and fry, add the squid pieces. Prepare a homogeneous mixture of vinegar, wine, sugar, starch and soy sauce, pour the contents of a saucepan. Serve with boiled rice.
15. Fried squid in batter

You will need: 0.5 kg of squid, 1 kg of small young potatoes, 2 onions, 1 large carrot, spices, sea salt.
