Saving and eating deliciously at the same time is quite real. You just need to prepare in advance and think over your menu. We want to make it easier for you and have already collected 20 cheap recipes for everyday dishes from simple products!
1. Cauliflower salad
A light, healthy and tasty vegetable salad.
You will need: 1 head of cabbage, 2 carrots, 2 onions, 2 bell peppers, herbs, vegetable oil, spices.
Preparation: Cut and chop all the vegetables, mash the cabbage separately, mix and season the salad with oil and spices. Garnish with herbs when serving. It couldn't be easier!
2. Mushroom salad with cheese
An equally budgetary recipe from simple products that you definitely have in your refrigerator!
You will need: 150 g of champignons, 1 onion, 100 g of cheese, 1 carrot, 2 pickles, herbs, spices, sour cream or mayonnaise.
Preparation: Chop the mushrooms and onions and fry them with vegetable oil. Fry the grated carrots separately and place the vegetables on a napkin to get rid of the fat. Mix them with chopped cucumbers and grated cheese, add herbs and spices and season salad.
3. Eggplant and tomato salad
A minimum of ingredients and a maximum of rich taste.
You will need: 2 eggplants, 4 tomatoes, 1 onion, 2 eggs, herbs and spices.
Preparation: Cut the eggplant, sprinkle with salt and squeeze out of the juice after 15 minutes. Beat eggs with spices, dip eggplant in them and fry until blush. Cut the onion into half rings, chop the tomatoes, add herbs with spices and season with butter, mayonnaise or sour cream to taste.
4. Salad with sausage
Instead of boiled sausage, you can use ham or cold cuts.
You will need: 200 g sausages, 300 g tomatoes, 150 g cheese, garlic, spices, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Cut all ingredients into strips or cubes of the same size. Chop the herbs, stir the salad and season it with spiced mayonnaise.
5. Quick soup with processed cheese
A cheap but delicious soup recipe. Add any other vegetables if desired.
You will need: 2 processed cheese, 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of dill, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 bay leaf, spices.
Preparation: Chop the onion and garlic, grate the carrots and dice the potatoes. Fry the onions with carrots in butter, add garlic and potatoes there and pour 1 liter of hot water. After a minute, add the bay leaf, and after 10 minutes, add the crushed processed cheese. Cook the soup, covered, until the cheese melts.
6. Soup with meatballs and noodles
Light and inexpensive, but at the same time very healthy dish.
You will need: 350 g minced meat, 2 onions, 2 slices of white bread, 100 ml of milk, 1 carrot, 0.5 cups of fine vermicelli, 1.3 l of broth, herbs, spices.
Preparation: Soak the bread in milk, chop the onion, knead the minced meat, season and leave for half an hour. Chop the carrots and second onion and fry them in a skillet. Place vegetables in boiling broth, shape and add meatballs and boil for 10 minutes. Add noodles, boil for another 5 minutes and add chopped greens.
7. Canned fish soup
Saury or any other canned fish to taste will do.
You will need: 300 g of canned fish, 2 peppers, 400 g of frozen peas, 2 potatoes, 1 onion, 1 bunch of herbs, 2 cloves of garlic, butter, spices.
Preparation: Peel and chop the onion, garlic and pepper, and simmer them in oil for about 10 minutes. Add potato cubes there and after 5 minutes pour 1.2 liters of water. When it boils, add fish and peas, spices and boil for 7 minutes.
8. Pumpkin and apple puree soup
An original and very cheap recipe from simple products.
You will need: 640 g pumpkin, 70 g green apple, 55 g butter, 500 ml broth, spices and herbs.
Preparation: Cut a pumpkin with apples and onions and bake everything in oil and spices for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Whisk the soup with a blender and add more spices, herbs or cheese if desired.
9. Potato balls with mushrooms
If it's more convenient, you can mold them into zraz or cutlets. Delicious and cheap!
You will need: 500 g potatoes, 150 g champignons, 1 carrot, 1 onion, herbs, spices.
Preparation: Boil the potatoes and mash them in mashed potatoes, and chop the mushrooms and stew with vegetables. Form the potato balls with wet hands, putting the filling inside. Put them in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
10. Chicken baked with bread
A very easy but amazingly delicious recipe where every ingredient is good.
You will need: 6 chicken thighs, 3 onions, 200 g bread, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, garlic, spices, herbs.
Preparation: Chop herbs and garlic, mix with spices and oil, and marinate thighs in this for 20 minutes. Cut the onion into rings and tear the bread into pieces at random. Put the bread and chicken in a dish, cover with the rest of the marinade and bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees. Place onion rings on top and bake the same amount at 180 degrees.
11. Cutlets from canned fish and potatoes
A cheap recipe for cutlets with meat. Any canned food will do, but best of all - in oil.
You will need: 1 can of canned fish, 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. semolina, spices.
Preparation: Boil potatoes and carrots, grate on a coarse grater. Add eggs, spices, semolina and canned food, mashed with a fork. Mix the minced meat, shape the patties and pan as usual.
12. Squash casserole with melted cheese
If you want, add carrots or other vegetables to the dish.
You will need: 1 kg of courgettes, 3 onions, 500 g of processed cheese, 50 g of vegetable oil, 5 eggs, spices.
Preparation: Thinly chop the zucchini and onion, add spices and stir. Add melted cheese and butter, cut into plates, put on low heat and stew until the cheese melts. Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
13. Minced meat balls
This is a cross between cutlets and French meat. Inexpensive, but amazingly delicious!
You will need: 500 g minced meat, 3 slices of bread, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 eggs, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 100 g cheese, 1 pepper, spices, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Combine minced meat with soaked bread, eggs and spices, add herbs and form cutlets. Place them on a baking sheet and place thin slices of onion, tomato and pepper on top. Sprinkle with mayonnaise on top, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees.
14. Pumpkin and curd casserole
Delicious and very healthy breakfast recipe from cheap products.
You will need: 500 g pumpkin, 150 g cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 6 tablespoons. sugar, 3 tbsp. semolina, 50 g of raisins.
Preparation: Cut the pumpkin into cubes and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Chop the cooled pumpkin in mashed potatoes and add half the sugar, 1 egg and half the semolina. Add the remaining ingredients and raisins to the curd. Put both masses in a mold in layers and bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
15. Stuffed beets
It's hard to surprise someone with stuffed potatoes or zucchini, but what about beets? Both cheap and tasty - you will lick your fingers!
You will need: 4 beets, 100 g chicken fillet, 40 g onions, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices and garlic, 0.5 tbsp. soy sauce, 4 tsp. mayonnaise, 40 g of cheese.
Preparation: Chop the chicken finely and marinate it in spices with garlic and soy sauce for an hour. Boil the beets until tender and gently cut out the middle with a teaspoon. Chop the onion and sauté with chicken, fill the beets, add a little mayonnaise and rub with cheese. Put in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
16. Cheesecakes with green onions
Just half an hour - and you already have a fragrant and inexpensive snack ready.
You will need: 200 g processed cheese, 2 eggs, 4 tbsp. flour, 4 tbsp. 20% sour cream, 1 tsp. baking powder, green onions, spices.
Preparation: Grate curds, add eggs, sour cream and spices, baking powder and sifted flour, and knead the dough. Add chopped green onions, arrange the dough in muffin tins and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
17. Bean pate with prunes
An excellent preparation for sandwiches or baskets.
You will need: 150 g dry beans, 70 g prunes, 60 g butter, 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, spices.
Preparation: Soak the beans overnight, and then boil until tender, and grind with a blender with part of the broth until a comfortable consistency. Add chopped prunes there. Heat the spices in a frying pan in vegetable oil and pour into the bean puree, add the butter and mix again.
18. Fragrant meringue with cardamom
If you like it, experiment with other spices. You can cook it every day!
You will need: 1 cup sugar, 3 egg whites, 1 tsp. ground cardamom.
Preparation: Whisk the sugar and yolks into a firm foam and gently stir in the cardamom. Put the mixture on a baking sheet with a pastry syringe and bake for 1.5 hours at 100 degrees.
19. Gingerbread Cookies
Decorate the cookies with dried fruit, chocolate, sprinkles, or confectionery icing.
You will need: 1 ginger root, 160 g flour, 75 g butter, 80 g sugar, 15 g vanilla sugar, 1 yolk, 1 tsp. baking powder, spices.
Preparation: Whisk butter with sugar, spices and yolk with a blender. Add flour, baking powder and grated ginger there, knead the dough well and roll it out into a layer of about 1.5 mm. Cut out the cookies with cookie cutters or with a knife and bake for 5-8 minutes at 180 degrees.
20. Curd donuts
A classic dessert from childhood - a delicious and cheap recipe!
You will need: 250 g of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 8 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp. salt and soda, spices, icing sugar, vegetable oil.
Preparation: Mix cottage cheese with eggs, flour, sugar, baking soda and spices until smooth. Shape into round donuts and sauté in plenty of oil. Spread donuts on paper towels, then roll in powdered sugar.
