Of all the mushrooms in our latitudes, champignons are by far the most affordable. And also the safest and most versatile in preparation. On this occasion, we are sharing 20 great recipes for mushrooms in the oven!
1. Champignons with cheese
Let's start with the simplest and safest option.
You will need: 500 g of champignons, 3 cloves of garlic, 100 g of cheese, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, spices.
Preparation: Rinse the mushrooms and carefully remove the legs. Grate cheese and mix with spices, garlic and mayonnaise. Stuff the mushroom caps with cheese filling and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
2. Champignons in the sleeve
Champignons baked in a sleeve are very juicy and aromatic.
You will need: 500 g champignons, garlic, aromatic herbs, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, herbs.
Preparation: Rinse the mushrooms, cut the largest ones and fold them into a sleeve. Add garlic, spices, herbs and chopped herbs to it, and then add oil and soy sauce. Mix everything well and bake for half an hour at 200 degrees.
3. Champignons in foil
It will be especially tasty if each mushroom is wrapped in foil separately.
You will need: 800 g champignons, 100 g cheese, 2 tbsp. sour cream, spices.
Preparation: Carefully separate the champignon legs, chop finely and mix with sour cream and grated cheese. Fill the caps with the filling, sprinkle with spices and wrap in foil. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
4. Champignons with cream
To make the taste more expressive, take fatty cream.
You will need: 500 g of champignons, 100 g of green onions, 400 ml of cream, 2 cloves of garlic, spices.
Preparation: Cut the mushrooms into large slices and mix with the spices. Add chopped green onions, place in a baking dish and top with cream. Cover with foil and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. Champignons baked with vegetables
The dish can be cooked in a mold, on a baking sheet, in foil or in a roasting sleeve.
You will need: 500 g of champignons, 2 tomatoes, 2 eggplants, 1 zucchini, 2 peppers, garlic, 60 ml of soy sauce, 50 ml of olive oil, spices.
Preparation: Combine soy sauce, oil, crushed garlic and spices. Cut all vegetables into large pieces of about the same size, and cut the mushrooms in half. Put everything in a mold, mix well with the marinade and bake for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees.
6. Baked mushrooms with herbs
Any greens will do, so mix to your liking.
You will need: 500 g champignons, 1 bunch of greens, 1 bunch of green onions, 6 tbsp. granular mustard, 2 cloves of garlic, spices, 100 g of butter.
Preparation: Chop all the herbs finely and mix with the garlic, spices and softened butter. Place the mushrooms on the parchment, leg up, and fill the caps around the legs with mustard. Spread the herbs on top, and put the mushrooms in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
7. Champignons stuffed with spinach
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top to keep the spinach filling from falling apart.
You will need: 6 large mushrooms, 1.5 cups of spinach, 40 g leeks, 2 cloves of garlic, 30 g cheese, spices, 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Preparation: Separate the legs from the mushrooms and chop them finely with garlic, onions and spinach, and then fry. Season the filling, arrange on the caps and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
8. Baked mushrooms with chicken
Serve with vegetables or cereals.
You will need: 600 g of champignons, 300 g of chicken, 70 g of sour cream, 1 bunch of cilantro, a handful of nuts, spices, 1 processed cheese.
Preparation: Chop the chicken finely and lightly fry until golden brown. Transfer it to a mold, and add coarsely chopped mushrooms, chopped herbs and nuts there.Stir everything together with sour cream, spices and grated melted cheese, and put in the oven for 40 minutes under foil at 180 degrees.
9. Champignons with potatoes
A very dense and satisfying dish for meat or just like that.
You will need: 500 g champignons, 700 g potatoes, 1 tbsp. butter, spices and herbs, 120 g of cheese, 200 ml of cream.
Preparation: Cut the mushrooms into slices, fry in butter until the liquid evaporates and transfer to a mold. Cut the potatoes into thin slices, mix with spices and lay on top with an overlap. Pour cream over everything, add grated cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes under foil and 20 minutes without it.
10. Champignons in sour cream
It is very convenient to make this dish right away in portioned molds.
You will need: 500 g of champignons, 300 ml of sour cream, 1 onion, 40 g of flour, 1 bunch of herbs, 120 g of cheese, spices.
Preparation: Cut the mushrooms into approximately equal pieces, put them in the molds and add finely chopped onions. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, and during this time mix sour cream, flour, spices, herbs and grated cheese. Pour sour cream over the mushrooms and put them in the oven again for another 10-15 minutes.
11. Baked mushrooms in pots
In closed pots, nothing will definitely dry out.
You will need: 800 g of champignons, 1 onion, 1 bunch of green onions, 250 ml of sour cream, 250 g of cheese, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp. butter, spices.
Preparation: Coarsely chop mushrooms and onions and place in pots. Add chopped green onions there and sprinkle generously with spices. Put on a slice of butter, add crushed garlic and pour sour cream over the mushrooms. Top with grated cheese, close the pots and bake for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees.
12. Champignons with ketchup in the oven
Juicy and aromatic mushrooms with a multifaceted taste.
You will need: 300 g of small mushrooms, 1 tablespoon each soy sauce, mayonnaise and ketchup, spices, garlic.
Preparation: Combine soy sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, spices and crushed garlic and marinate the mushrooms for half an hour. Put them in a mold or sleeve and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
13. Champignons with cheese and tomatoes
For flavor, use basil, rosemary, or oregano.
You will need: 400 g champignons, 100 g feta, 2 tomatoes, spices, 20 g mozzarella, 2 cloves of garlic.
Preparation: Peel the tomatoes, chop with a garlic blender, season and fry a little. Separate the caps from the mushrooms, finely chop the legs and mix them with feta. Stuff the mushrooms with the same mass, put them in a mold, fill them with tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Cook in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
14. Champignons stuffed with eggplant
Add some chopped nuts or chili, if desired.
You will need: 20 mushrooms, 1 eggplant, 1 pepper, spices, 1 bunch of cilantro, 1 zucchini.
Preparation: Cut the eggplant, courgette and pepper into small cubes, season and add chopped cilantro. Separate the caps from the mushrooms and stuff them with vegetable mass. Bake on parchment for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
15. Baked mushrooms with minced meat
A quick and convenient snack for the arrival of guests.
You will need: 10 large champignons, 150 g minced meat, half an onion, 1 egg, 20 g butter, spices, herbs.
Preparation: Carefully remove the legs from the mushrooms, chop them with herbs and onions, and fry. Mix everything with raw minced meat, add the egg and spices there, and make small meatballs. Divide them into hats and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
16. Champignons stuffed with ham
You can use sausage or smoked chicken.
You will need: 12 mushrooms, 50 g ham, 20 g parsley, spices, half a lemon, 80 g butter, 25 g bread crumbs, 4 tbsp. milk.
Preparation: Separate the mushroom legs and chop them finely, and then fry them in butter with lemon juice and spices. Put a piece of butter in the hats and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Soak the croutons in milk for a couple of minutes, squeeze and mix them with mushroom legs and chopped ham. Add greens there, stuff the hats and put them in the oven for another 10 minutes.
17. Champignons with suluguni
Be sure to add aromatic Georgian spices.
You will need: 5 large mushrooms, 1 tomato, 120 g of suluguni, 20 g of butter.
Preparation: Separate the legs of the champignons, and put a small piece of butter in the hats. Put the chopped tomato there, and put the remaining cubes around. Sprinkle with spices and grated suluguni, and bake the mushrooms for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
18. Baked mushrooms with egg and cheese
An original recipe for a hearty breakfast. You can take quail eggs.
You will need: 3 large mushrooms, 3 eggs, 30 g of parmesan, green onions.
Preparation: Separate the legs from the mushrooms and clean the caps from the inside. Pour an egg into each, sprinkle with spices and green onions, and top with grated cheese. Bake the mushrooms for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
19. Champignons stuffed with liver pate
Sprinkle them with herbs, grated cheese, nuts or small berries for beauty.
You will need: 25 champignons, 500 g liver, 1 onion, 1 carrot, spices.
Preparation: Separate the legs from the mushrooms and finely chop them with onions. Add grated carrots and saute vegetables until tender. Fry the chopped liver separately, whisk everything with a blender and season to taste. Arrange the pate over the mushroom caps and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
20. Baked mushrooms with rice
Another versatile side dish.
You will need: 500 g of champignons, 200 g of cooked rice, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 150 ml of milk, 30 g of butter, 1 tbsp. flour, 150 g of cheese.
Preparation: Boil the rice until cooked and put in a mold. Chop the mushrooms and onions at random, fry and lay on top. Place tomato circles on them. Fry flour in butter, add milk and heat the sauce until smooth and thick. Pour the dish, cover with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
