1. Cucumber salad with olives
A cute green salad with mayonnaise that will brighten up a family dinner.
You will need: 2 cucumbers, 1 bunch of lettuce, 15 olives, half a lemon, 100 g of cheese, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Cut the cucumbers into strips, the cheese into cubes and the olives into rings. Add torn lettuce leaves, mix ingredients and season with mayonnaise.
2. Salad from crab sticks with orange
This salad can be very nicely served in peeled orange halves.
You will need: 200 g crab sticks, 2 oranges, 1 can of corn, 3 eggs, 1 clove of garlic, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Finely chop the boiled eggs and crab sticks, add corn to them. Peel the pulp of oranges, chop and also add to the salad. Season with mayonnaise and grated garlic.
3. Hawaiian mayonnaise salad
We recommend using light mayonnaise for fresh green salads.
You will need: 1 chicken fillet, half a bunch of lettuce, 2 tbsp. walnuts, 1 can of canned pineapples, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Boil chicken and fiber, chop pineapple and salad. Stir the ingredients, season with mayonnaise and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
4. Waldorf fruit salad
An unexpected combination of fruits, nuts and mayonnaise with sour cream!
You will need: 100 g cherries, 400 g celery root, 100 g red grapes, 2 green apples, 100 g mayonnaise, 100 g sour cream, 1 tsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 20 g of walnuts.
Preparation: Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice, and peeled celery in sodium. Cut the apple into small cubes and cut the grapes and cherries in half, and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
5. Green beans salad
A quick and easy salad with mayonnaise and a minimum of ingredients.
You will need: 4 eggs, 400 g green beans, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp. butter, mayonnaise, herbs.
Preparation: Boil and coarsely chop the eggs, and lightly fry the beans in butter. Add finely chopped garlic and herbs to taste, and then season the salad with mayonnaise.
6. Salad with seaweed and mayonnaise
An original, but very tasty and healthy salad for dinner.
You will need: 200 g of seaweed, 200 g of green salad, 3 eggs, half a bunch of green onions, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Boil the eggs and cut into strips, cut the salad and chop the onion in the same way. Mix the ingredients, add the seaweed and season with mayonnaise.
7. Salad with crab sticks, rice and quinoa

You will need: 0.5 cups of a mixture of rice and quinoa, 250 g of crab sticks, 250 g of corn, 3 eggs, 1.5 tablespoons each. sour cream and mayonnaise, 200 g of tomatoes, herbs.
Preparation: Boil cereals and eggs, chop eggs, crab sticks and tomatoes. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and spices to taste. Arrange the salad in layers, spreading over the sauce.
8. Salad with seafood and wasabi mayonnaise
Take scallops, mussels, octopus or shrimp to taste!
You will need: 100 g seafood, half bell pepper, 1 cucumber, 1 celery stalk, lettuce, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tsp. wasabi, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tsp. rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, lemon juice, herbs.
Preparation: Marinate seafood in 2 tablespoons soy sauce, olive oil and lemon juice for 15 minutes, then fry. Wash and cut all vegetables into thin strips or small cubes. Combine mayonnaise with rice vinegar, leftover soy sauce, and wasabi. Place the salad in clear glasses in layers with the dressing.
9. Warm pumpkin salad with cheese
This bright orange salad with mayonnaise looks just as good as a dessert!
You will need: 850 g pumpkin, 2 red onions, 50 g pumpkin seeds, 2 tsp. cumin, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 150 g salad, 200 g feta, 80 g mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. dijon mustard.
Preparation: Place pumpkin cubes, onion rings, pumpkin seeds and cumin, drizzle with olive oil and spices on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Put the ingredients in a bowl, add lettuce and feta and fields with mayonnaise, honey and mustard dressing.
10. Salad with beans and peas
And if you remove the chicken, you get a hearty protein recipe for vegetarians.
You will need: 100 g canned beans, 100 g green beans, 150 g chicken, 100 g peas, herbs, mayonnaise.
