Preparation: Boil potatoes and let cool. Cut all the ingredients into small cubes, add the peas, season the salad with mayonnaise, season to taste and garnish with herbs.
2. Salad with sausage, herbs and egg
A soft-boiled egg or poached egg works well here.
You will need: 200 g of any sausage, 2 pickled cucumbers, 8 olives, 1 egg per serving, croutons, salad mix, olive oil, mustard, honey, lemon juice, spices.
Preparation: Cut the sausage into cubes and fry it lightly. Chop cucumbers, cut olives into rings, add lettuce and croutons. Whisk well the butter with mustard, lemon juice, honey and spices to taste, pour the salad. Divide into bowls and add an egg to each serving.
3. Hungarian salad with sausage and pepper

You will need: 150 g sausage, 2 red peppers, 2 green peppers, 2 red onions, spices, herbs, 6 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tsp. paprika, 1 tbsp. wine vinegar.
Preparation: Cut the onion into half rings, and the sausage with pepper into strips, and mix everything. Season the salad with sour cream, wine vinegar and paprika, and sprinkle with herbs on top.
4. Salad with chicken, sausage and pickled onions
Boiled, baked or smoked chicken - at your discretion.
You will need: 1 chicken fillet, 2 chicken thighs, 150 g sausage, 5 cucumbers, 3 peppers, 3 carrots, 1 onion, mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar.
Preparation: Chop the onion and marinate it in sugar, salt and vinegar for 20 minutes. Cut all the ingredients into equal cubes, add onions to the salad and season with mayonnaise with spices.
5. Salad with sausage and goat cheese
You can substitute mozzarella, suluguni or even feta for goat cheese.
You will need: 150 g cooked sausage, 125 g frozen peas, 3 potatoes, 2 shallots or green onions, 2 slices of goat cheese, 3 tablespoons each. mustard and honey, 2 tbsp. wine vinegar, spices, herbs.
Preparation: Boil and chop the potatoes in large wedges, add scalded peas and herbs to it. Add chopped onion and randomly chopped sausage there, pour the salad with mustard-honey dressing with wine vinegar and top with cheese.

You will need: 450 g sausage, 1/3 cup rice, 2 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 2 eggs, 1 red onion, 1 bunch of herbs, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Boil the rice and rinse it with cold water, and cut the sausage into cubes and fry. Boil the eggs separately and also cut into cubes along with the vegetables. Season the salad with mayonnaise and chopped herbs.
7. Layered salad with sausage and vegetables

8. Salad with boiled sausage and ham
Onions can be pickled, fresh or scalded with boiling water.
You will need: 150 g boiled sausage, 100 g ham, 400 g potatoes, 150 g pickled cucumbers, 50 g onions, mayonnaise and spices.
Preparation: Boil the potatoes and cut all the ingredients into large pieces. Season the salad with mayonnaise and spices to taste.
9. Salad with sausage and nectarine
Boiled sausage in thin slices is best suited here.
You will need: 180 g sausages, 4 nectarines, 140 g salad mix, 3 tbsp. seeds, 30 g of basil, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, juice of half a lemon, 5 tbsp. olive oil.
Preparation: Cut the nectarines into slices, brush with a little oil and lightly fry. Place them with the sausage on top of the salad mixture. Whisk the chopped basil, honey, mustard, lemon juice and remaining butter, and pour over the salad. Sprinkle everything with seeds on top.
10. Salad with sausage, eggs and cream cheese
Add more of your favorite vegetables and herbs if desired.
You will need: 150 g sausage, 3 eggs, 1 tomato, 0.5 cream cheese, 1 cucumber, 1 pepper, 1 carrot, 1 onion, mayonnaise.

13. Salad with sausage and lentils
A very satisfying salad recipe that will go even instead of the main course.
You will need: 250 g boiled lentils, 200 g sausage, 1 peach, 2 tbsp. chopped greens, 140 g soft cheese, 25 g chopped nuts, 1 tbsp. chopped green onions, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tablespoon wine vinegar.
Preparation: Mash cheese with spices or mix several types of cheese, roll it into balls and roll them in a mixture of nuts and green onions. Mix the greens with the olive oil and vinegar, and mix part of the dressing with the lentils. Arrange the sausage, peach slices and cheese balls, drizzle the remaining dressing over the salad, and sprinkle with the nuts and onions.
14. Salad with sausage, corn and parmesan
Instead of Parmesan, another hard cheese will do, but tastes better with it.
You will need: 100 g sausage, 50 g Parmesan cheese, 1 carrot, 1 can of corn, 1 cucumber, mayonnaise, spices.
