1. Salad with bell pepper and tomatoes
Better to take red pepper - for the beauty and brightness of the salad.
You will need: 1 bell pepper, 5 tomatoes, 1 carrot, 0.5 red onion, olive oil, balsamic.
Preparation: Cut the tomatoes into slices, carrots into thin slices, peppers into rings and onions into strips. Sprinkle the salad with olive oil and balsamic.
2. Salad with bell peppers and hot peppers
If you wish, add a spoonful of wine vinegar to the dressing - it comes in handy here!
You will need: 4 bell peppers, 1 chili, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of cilantro, olive oil.
Preparation: Cut the bell peppers into thick rings and fry until soft. Combine chopped herbs, olive oil, crushed garlic and chopped chili and season with pepper.
3. Salad with bell pepper and chicken
A bright and delicious everyday salad with chicken, peppers, tomatoes and cheese.
You will need: 200 g bell pepper, 200 g chicken, 100 g tomatoes, 100 g cheese, 3 eggs.
Preparation: Boil eggs and chicken, dice all ingredients and stir. Season the salad with sour cream, mayonnaise or yogurt to taste.
4. Salad with bell pepper and sausage
A very hearty salad that will go well even for a full meal.
You will need: 2 bell peppers, 300 g each of cheese and sausages, 3 cucumbers, 3 eggs, 0.5 bunch of dill, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Cut all the ingredients into thin strips and mix. Season the salad with mayonnaise and add finely chopped dill at the end.
5. Salad with bell pepper and beef
We advise you to let the salad brew for a few hours.
You will need: 2 bell peppers, 800 g of beef, 3 cucumbers, 0.5 onions, 4 cloves of garlic, 7 tbsp. soy sauce, 5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons olive oil, spices, 1 tsp. Sahara.
Preparation: Cut all the ingredients into strips. Lightly squeeze the cucumbers and marinate in sugar, spices and crushed garlic. Fry the meat with onions until golden brown over high heat. Mix all the ingredients, pour in the vinegar and soy sauce, and stir the salad.
6. Salad with bell pepper and crab sticks
A beautiful salad with red bell pepper will be appropriate on the festive table.
You will need: 1 bell pepper, 150 g crab sticks, 120 g tomatoes, 100 g cheese, 1 clove of garlic, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Cut the ingredients into thin strips, add grated cheese and crushed garlic. Toss the salad with mayonnaise or a little yogurt.
7. Salad with bell pepper, ham and cheese
Great salad recipe from everything in the fridge.
You will need: 1 bell pepper, 200 g ham, 100 g cheese, 1 cucumber, 1 onion, herbs, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Cut all the ingredients into thin strips and, if desired, marinate the onions in water with vinegar and sugar. Stir the salad, season it with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
8. Salad with bell pepper and tuna

You will need: 1 bell pepper, 1 can of tuna, 10 olives, 1 bunch of lettuce leaves, olive oil.
Preparation: Chop the onion finely, chop the pepper into strips and mash the tuna with a fork. Rinse and slightly tear the lettuce leaves, add the olives and season the salad with oil.
9. Salad with bell pepper and red fish
A real gourmet salad made from simple products!
You will need: 1 bell pepper, 100 g of red fish, 2 eggs, 1 cucumber, 0.5 bunch of lettuce leaves, herbs, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, olive oil.
Preparation: Boil the eggs and cut into larger ones.Chop vegetables and lettuce at random, add chopped greens, and sprinkle the slices of red fish with lemon juice. Stir the salad and season with oil.
10. Salad with bell pepper and corn
For a more satisfying salad recipe, add some ham.
You will need: 1 bell pepper, 1 bunch of green onions, 2 cucumbers, 4 eggs, 1 can of corn, mayonnaise, 1 bunch of parsley.
Preparation: Boil the eggs, dice all the ingredients and finely chop the greens and green onions. Mix salad, add canned corn and season with mayonnaise.
11. Salad with bell pepper and croutons
Dry the croutons yourself or take the store ones.
You will need: 1 bell pepper, 100 g croutons, 2 eggs, 1 tomato, mayonnaise, herbs, 1 potato.
Preparation: Boil eggs and potatoes until tender. Cut all the ingredients into medium pieces, mix with mayonnaise and sprinkle the salad with croutons and chopped herbs.
12. Salad with bell pepper and feta
Add olive oil and oregano and you have a completely traditional Greek salad.
You will need: 1 bell pepper, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 150 g feta, 100 g olives, 1 red onion, 1 tbsp. lemon juice.
Preparation: Coarsely chop all vegetables, mix in a salad bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Add olives and similarly coarsely chopped feta, and season to taste.
13. Salad with bell pepper and eggplant
Sweet peppers with eggplant are one of the best combinations for any salad.
You will need: 1 bell pepper, 1 eggplant, 2 tomatoes, 0.5 onion, 0.5 lemon, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, spices.
Preparation: Cut the eggplants into cubes, add salt, and after 10 minutes rinse and fry until soft. Chop tomatoes, onions and peppers, add crushed garlic, and stir vegetables. For dressing, mix olive oil with spices and lemon juice.
14. Salad with bell pepper and zucchini
A fresh and delicate salad especially for a summer snack.
You will need: 2 bell peppers, 1 zucchini, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 50 g cheese, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, garlic.
Preparation: Coarsely chop peppers, zucchini and onions, sprinkle with spices, leave for 15 minutes, and then fry. Let the vegetables cool, add the cheese cubes and crushed garlic, and drizzle the soy sauce over the salad.
15. Salad with bell peppers and beans
If you don't want to boil beans, take canned beans.
You will need: 1 bell pepper, 200 g beans, 1 onion, 1 tsp. tomato paste, 1 clove of garlic, herbs, spices, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
Preparation: Boil the beans in advance until soft and marinate in a sauce of tomato paste, spices, oil and vinegar. Cut the onion and pepper into half rings, mix with the beans and add the crushed garlic and herbs.
16. Salad with bell pepper and Korean carrots
You don't even need a separate dressing - carrots will be enough.
You will need: 1 bell pepper, 150 g Korean carrots, 1 tsp. soy sauce, parsley, sesame seeds.
Preparation: Cut the pepper into thin strips, mix with carrots and chopped herbs, and let it brew a little. Pour the salad with soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
17. Warm salad with bell pepper and potatoes
To make the salad even more satisfying, we suggest adding a little meat.
You will need: 1 bell pepper, 300 g potatoes, 200 g pork, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, chili, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. vinegar, green onions.
Preparation: Grate potatoes for Korean carrots and fry until golden. Cut the pork into thin strips and fry too. Chop the peppers and green onions, add to the pork, and add chopped garlic and chili to it. Pour in vinegar, soy sauce and sugar, stew for a couple of minutes and remove from heat. Finally add the potatoes and stir again.
18. Chinese salad with bell pepper
When serving, sprinkle the salad with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
You will need: 1 bell pepper, 6 cucumbers, 6 cloves of garlic, 1 zucchini, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. rice vinegar, soy sauce, spices.
Preparation: Cut all vegetables into thin strips or grate on a Korean grater. Add crushed garlic, spices, vinegar and soy sauce to taste, and let the salad sit.
19. Salad with bell pepper and cabbage
A very simple but very healthy vitamin salad with bell peppers.
You will need: 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 500 g cabbage, 50 ml olive oil, 25 ml vinegar, 0.5 tbsp. salt, 1.5 tbsp. Sahara.
Preparation: Chop all vegetables finely, squeeze the cabbage lightly and stir. Mix the dressing ingredients, add the salad and let it brew for a couple of hours.
20. Salad with bell pepper and mushrooms
Serve the salad warm or cold - according to your mood!
You will need: 200 g bell pepper, 150 g mushrooms, 1 onion, mayonnaise, herbs.
Preparation: Cut the pepper into strips and fry a little until soft. Separately fry the chopped mushrooms and onions until the liquid evaporates, mix the ingredients, season the salad with mayonnaise and add the herbs.
