Lavash is good because literally any ingredients can be wrapped in it. And the bad thing is that sometimes the fantasy ends, and you have to spend time looking for recipes. But we have already done it for you and offer 12 delicious pita rolls with crab sticks!
1. Lavash roll with crab sticks and corn
A classic combination that we all know well from salads.
You will need: 1 pita bread, 200 g of crab sticks, 100 g of corn, 4 eggs, 150 g of cucumbers, 100 g of mayonnaise.
Preparation: Boil the eggs until tender and cut them into small cubes with crab sticks and cucumbers. Lubricate the pita bread with mayonnaise, evenly distribute all the ingredients, roll up a tight roll, wrap in plastic and leave in the refrigerator for half an hour.
2. Lavash roll with egg and crab sticks
Add some grated cheese if desired.
You will need: 1 pita bread, 200 g crab sticks, 2 eggs, 150 g green onions, 2 tbsp. yogurt, 1 tsp. granular mustard.
Preparation: Lubricate the pita bread with yogurt with mustard and spices to taste. Boil the eggs, finely chop all the ingredients, and spread evenly on the surface. Roll up the roll, wrap in plastic and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Lavash roll with crab sticks and cabbage
If you take white cabbage, and not Peking cabbage, you need to knead it thoroughly with your hands.
You will need: 1 pita bread, 100 g of crab sticks, 100 g of processed cheese, 4 cabbage leaves, 2 eggs, 1 bunch of dill, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise.
Preparation: Boil eggs and grate on a coarse grater with melted cheese and crab sticks. Add chopped herbs and mayonnaise there, mix and lay out the filling. Spread the chopped cabbage on top and roll it tightly.
4. Lavash roll with crab sticks and cucumbers
And if you want to be original - take pickled cucumbers!
You will need: 1 pita bread, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 0.5 bunch of lettuce leaves, 2 eggs, 1 cucumber, 200 g of crab sticks.
Preparation: Brush the salad with mayonnaise and spread the salad leaves on one side. Then - a strip of grated boiled eggs, and behind them - unfolded crab sticks. Lastly, lay out the thin cucumber slices and roll up the tight roll.
5. Lavash roll with tomatoes and crab sticks
There will be a very elegant, bright and tasty snack.
You will need: 3 pita bread, 2 tomatoes, 1 bunch of greens, 250 g of crab sticks, 200 g of cheese, 60 g of mayonnaise.
Preparation: Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the dill, mix with mayonnaise and put on pita bread. Cut the crab sticks and the hard part of the tomatoes into strips, spread on top and roll. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
6. Lavash roll with crab sticks and shrimps
Add other seafood if desired.
You will need: 2 pita bread, 2 eggs, 150 g crab sticks, 200 g shrimp, 1 processed cheese, 4 tbsp. mayonnaise, herbs, garlic.
Preparation: Boil eggs, sodium with melted cheese, mix with mayonnaise and put this mass on pita bread. Boil the shrimp or fry until tender, and cut the crab sticks. Spread everything on the cheese mass, sprinkle with chopped herbs and roll up the roll.
7. Lavash roll with red fish and crab sticks
You can use another cream cheese, but Philadelphia tastes best.
You will need: 2 pita bread, 200 g of crab sticks, 150 g of red fish, 3 eggs, 1 bunch of herbs, 200 g of Philadelphia, 3 cloves of garlic.
Preparation: Combine cheese with crushed garlic and chopped herbs, and brush on pita bread. Grate crab sticks and eggs on a coarse grater and spread evenly. At the end, lay out the stripes or slices of fish, and form a roll.
8. Lavash roll with scrambled eggs and crab sticks
A wonderful recipe even for breakfast!
You will need: 1 pita bread, 2 eggs, 150 g of crab sticks, 0.5 cups of milk, 40 g of Korean carrots, 40 g of green onions, basil.
Preparation: Beat eggs with milk, add chopped carrots and onions, fry the omelet and chop randomly. Spread it out on pita bread, and lay out the unwrapped crab sticks separately. Add a little basil, roll up the roll and, if desired, lightly heat in a pan.
9. Lavash roll with crab sticks and Korean carrots
Soft, delicate and spicy roll.
You will need: 2 pita bread, 150 g of Korean carrots, 200 g of crab sticks, 140 g of curd cheese.
Preparation: Brush the pita bread with half of the curd cheese and spread the unwrapped crab sticks on top. Brush with the remaining cheese, lay out the carrots, roll up a tight roll, wrap in plastic and send it to the refrigerator for a while.
10. Lavash roll with crab sticks and mushrooms
Here, too, you can safely add a handful of corn.
You will need: 2 pita bread, 350 g of mushrooms, 150 g of crab sticks, 1 onion, herbs, 150 g of processed cheese.
Preparation: Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and fry until the liquid evaporates. Brush pita bread with melted cheese, sprinkle with grated herbs and spread the mushrooms on top. Then - again greens and chopped crab sticks. After that, you can roll up the roll.
11. Lavash roll with crab sticks and pineapples
The unobtrusive sweetness of pineapples is very harmoniously combined with crab sticks.
You will need: 1 pita bread, 100 g of crab sticks, 150 g of cheese, 200 g of canned pineapples, 2 eggs, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Lightly brush the pita bread with mayonnaise and spread the finely chopped crab sticks on top. Put pineapple cubes there, and then - grated cheese and grated boiled eggs. Roll up a tight roll and let it brew a little.
12. Lavash roll with crab sticks and pepper
Not the most common, but very tasty recipe for bell pepper filling.
You will need: 1 pita bread, 100 g crab sticks, half pepper, half a red onion, cilantro, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise.
Preparation: Brush the pita bread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Top with finely chopped crab sticks, peppers and red onions. Roll up the roll, wrap in plastic and leave in the refrigerator for an hour.
