2. Oatmeal in milk with pumpkin
Leave the pumpkin in chunks or whisk in a blender if desired.
You will need: 5 tbsp oatmeal, 500 ml of milk, 200 g of pumpkin, 30 g of sugar, a pinch of salt, 30 g of butter.
Preparation:
1. Cut the pumpkin into slices or rub on a coarse grater. Caramelize it in sugar and a pinch of salt for a couple of minutes over high heat.
2. Pour in a third of the milk and simmer under a lid over low heat for 5 minutes.

6. Oatmeal in milk with chicken

You will need: 500 g chicken, 300 g oatmeal, 1 liter of water, 250 ml of milk, 1 tsp. salt.
Preparation:
1. Boil the chicken in water until tender, divide it into pieces and leave a little broth.
2. Strain the broth, salt and add the oatmeal. After 3 minutes, pour in the milk and boil until tender.
