Sweets from childhood always evoke nostalgia, a surge of feelings and a lot of emotions. Especially when they are really tasty and haven't gotten any worse over the years. Today we want to share with you the recipes for such a classic. So, the star of this collection is nuts with condensed milk!
1. Nuts with condensed milk on sour cream
You can take mayonnaise or mix it with sour cream in half.
You will need: 2 eggs, 100 g sugar, 100 g sour cream, 200 g butter, 2.5 cups flour, 1 tsp. soda, 400 g of condensed milk.
Preparation: Beat eggs with sugar, add sour cream and slaked soda, and mix. Cut half the butter into cubes, melt and add to the dough too. Add flour in several passes, knead well, shape into small balls and place in hazelnut.
Nuts are baked on the stove in turn on both sides. The process is very fast, so you can determine the time in the process. When the halves are cool, mix the boiled condensed milk with the remaining butter, and fill the nuts.
2. Nuts with condensed milk on margarine
These nuts are softer and lighter.
You will need: 3.5 cups flour, 200 g margarine, 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 0.5 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. vinegar, 500 g of boiled condensed milk, 50 ml of vegetable oil.
Preparation: Mash the margarine and sugar, add the eggs and stir. Add sifted flour and slaked soda there, knead the elastic dough and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Heat the mold well, grease with oil and put small pieces of dough into it and close. Fry for about a minute on each side, and then let the blanks cool. Put a little condensed milk in each half and squeeze them.
3. Nuts with condensed milk on yolks
The dough is more crumbly, sandy.
You will need: 3 yolks, 200 g sugar, 200 g butter, 3 tbsp. sour cream, a pinch of salt, 2.5 glass of flour, 400 g of boiled condensed milk.
Preparation: Grind the yolks with sugar and then add softened butter. After that - sour cream and salt, and at the end - flour in several passes. Knead a soft dough, pinch off piece by piece and put into molds. Bake the nuts, let them cool and fill with boiled condensed milk.
4. Nuts with condensed milk and nuts
Any roasted nuts will do - they go into the filling.
You will need: 200 g flour, 120 g butter, 50 g sugar, 1 egg, a pinch of salt, 0.5 tsp. baking powder, 1 can of boiled condensed milk, 100 g of nuts.
Preparation: Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, add egg and butter cubes, and quickly knead the dough. Grease the pan with oil, bake and spread out on a piece of dough.
Nuts are fried for up to 3 minutes, and the next batch is faster than the first. Let the blanks cool and put a little condensed milk in each. Then put a whole nut in one and close the halves.
5. Nuts with condensed milk and coconut
If you wish, you can grease the nuts with condensed milk a little also on top, and roll them in shavings outside.
You will need: 2 eggs, 230 g of butter, a pinch of soda, 180 g of sugar, 550 g of flour, 1 can of boiled condensed milk, 200 g of coconut.
Preparation: Melt butter, mix with sugar and then add separately beaten eggs. Add slaked soda, gradually add flour and knead an elastic dough.
Fry the nuts in a well-heated form for a couple of minutes on each side, and let cool. Mix condensed milk with coconut flakes, fill the halves and combine them.
6. Chocolate nuts with condensed milk
A mountain of such nuts will disappear from the table in a matter of minutes!
You will need: 400 g flour, 400 g butter, 5 tbsp. cocoa, 5 tablespoons powdered sugar, a pinch of salt and soda, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. starch, 100 g of nuts, 400 g of boiled condensed milk.
Preparation: Beat with a mixer 260 g of butter with eggs, salt, soda and starch. Add cocoa and powdered sugar, and gradually add flour.
Roll up small balls of dough and bake them in a hazelnut for about 3-4 minutes.Whip the condensed milk with the remaining butter, add the chopped nuts, fill the halves and connect the nuts.
7. Nuts with condensed milk and curd cheese
The original version of the filling based on condensed milk.
You will need: 250 g flour, 100 g butter, 100 g sour cream, 2 eggs, 100 g sugar, 60 g starch, a pinch of soda, 2 cans of boiled condensed milk, 4 tbsp. curd cheese.
Preparation: Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy white, then add sour cream and softened butter. Stir and add baking soda, starch and sifted flour.
Knead into a soft, sticky dough, place in a mold and bake the halves until tender. Whip the condensed milk with grated cheese, fill the cooled blanks and combine.
8. Nuts with condensed milk in the oven
This is a recipe for open molds, not hazelnuts.
You will need: 200 g butter, 0.5 cups sugar, 1 egg, 3 cups flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 can of boiled condensed milk.
Preparation: Beat the egg, sugar and butter with a mixer until smooth. Mix the sifted flour with baking powder and gradually add to the dough, and then knead it until smooth.
Grease the molds with butter and lay out the dough, pressing firmly against the walls and forming indentations. Bake the nuts for 10 minutes at 180 degrees, cool, shake them out of the molds, fill with condensed milk and combine.
