1. Omelet with milk
The main thing is to beat the eggs well with a whisk or fork.
You will need: 2 eggs, 120 ml milk, 1 tsp. vegetable oil, 1 tsp. butter, spices.

3. Omelet with tomato paste and sausage
Instead of tomato paste, you can use your favorite tomato sauce or add a couple of cherry tomatoes.
You will need: 4 eggs, 9 tablespoons milk, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 50 g of sausage, a quarter of an onion, spices.

You will need: 4 eggs, 300 g minced meat, 100 ml milk, 1 onion, 30 g butter, 50 g cheese, herbs, spices.
