1. Peking cabbage rolls
Delicious vegetable rolls are delicious and beautiful.
You will need: 4 Chinese cabbage leaves, 60 g cheese, 1 tomato, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. flour, 40 ml of vegetable oil, salt and spices.
Preparation: Beat eggs with flour and salt and dip cabbage leaves in batter. Fry them in a pan for literally 30 seconds, put slices of tomato and cheese on top. Roll the leaves into rolls, place in the oven for 10 minutes to melt the cheese, and serve.
2. Veal with oranges in pots
Meat with fruit - what could be better?
You will need: 300 g veal, 1 orange, 2 celery stalks, 1 bell pepper, 1.5 tbsp. Dijon mustard, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of hot pepper, 1 tbsp. sugar, 0.5 lemon, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices.
Preparation: Marinate pieces of veal in lemon juice for half an hour. Cut the orange in half, cut one circle, and squeeze the juice from the rest. Boil the juice with sugar for about 7 minutes until the syrup thickens.
Quickly fry the meat, salt and pepper and transfer to a pot. Pour in syrup, top with chopped celery and pepper, brush with mustard and sprinkle. At the end, put a slice of orange and bake for an hour at 200 degrees.
3. Smoked mackerel salad
If you love fish salads - this recipe is especially for you.
You will need: 200 g smoked mackerel, 150 g carrots, 90 g rice, 3 eggs, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Boil rice, eggs and carrots, cut the eggs and carrots into cubes and chop the pitted fish. Mix all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise. Add spices, herbs or nuts to taste.
4. Potato puffs
An interesting snack at a minimum of time.
You will need: 200 g boiled potatoes, 70 g butter, 100 g hard cheese, 150 g flour, 1 egg.
Preparation: Grate potatoes and cheese on a coarse grater, add flour, yolk and soft butter, knead the dough and refrigerate for half an hour. Fold and roll the dough several times, cut into squares and bake the puffs at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
5. Spaghetti with anchovies
A very simple and quick recipe - a real Italian classic.
You will need: 450 g spaghetti, 12 canned anchovies, 125 ml olive oil, 6 cloves of garlic, 1 chili pepper, 30 g parsley, 30 g bread crumbs.
Preparation: Chop half of the anchovies until mashed and the rest into large pieces. Chop chili and garlic and sauté in olive oil. Add small anchovies and stews there, and then add greens and the rest of the anchovies. Boil the spaghetti, mix with the sauce and sprinkle with bread crumbs for an interesting texture.
6. Beef with broccoli in oyster sauce
A delicious Asian dish that is easy to make at home.
You will need: 500 g of beef, 400 g of broccoli, 10 g of cilantro, half an onion, 10 g of ginger, half a lemon, 50 ml each of olive oil and oyster sauce.
Preparation: Lightly boil the broccoli inflorescences, chop the onion and ginger and cut the beef into thin strips. Fry it all quickly in a skillet with olive oil over high heat. Add oyster sauce, stir, season with lemon juice and cilantro.
7. Plum pie
The same legendary and incredibly delicious cake from The New York Times.
You will need: 120 g butter, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. baking powder, 12 large plums, 1 tsp. cinnamon, a pinch of salt.
Preparation: Whisk butter with sugar, eggs and salt, stir in flour and baking powder. Grease the pan with butter, put the dough and on top - the halves of the plums.Sprinkle a little sugar with cinnamon and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
8. Salad with tomatoes and feta cheese
An ideal and inexpensive snack for every day.
You will need: 100 g feta cheese, 150 g tomatoes, 0.5 cups of nuts, 1 tbsp. granular mustard, 0.5 bunch of greens, 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Preparation: Cut the cheese into cubes and the tomatoes into thin slices. Chop greens and nuts, mix all the ingredients, season with olive oil and mustard.
9. Chicken breast with cheese
The main thing in this dish is to cut the fillets as neatly as possible.
You will need: 2 chicken fillets, 4 slices of cheese, bread crumbs, spices and herbs, 1 egg, garlic.
Preparation: Make cuts-pockets in the fillet, but do not cut through to the end. Put cheese and chopped herbs in there, season inside and outside, and add garlic to taste. Secure the edges with toothpicks, dip the breast in a beaten egg and bread crumbs, and fry over medium heat.
10. Cheese cake
It will go well with soup, instead of an appetizer, or with you on the road.
You will need: 2 eggs, 1 glass of kefir, 0.5 tsp. soda, 1 glass of flour, 250 g of cheese, 200 g of ham, herbs.
Preparation: Beat eggs and salt, extinguish the soda in kefir and mix them with flour until the consistency of pancakes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, chop the ham and mix everything into the dough. Put everything in a mold and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
11. Spaghetti with lemon pesto
Another very tasty Italian dish that even a novice housewife can cook.
You will need: 500 g spaghetti, 4 lemons, 4 garlic cloves, 50 g cheese, 20 g pine nuts, 100 g basil, 150 ml olive oil, salt and pepper.
Preparation: Whisk the basil, garlic, cheese, pine nuts, lemon juice and spiced olive oil in a blender. Boil the spaghetti and stir in the aromatic green sauce. That's all!
12. Beans and baked pepper salad
To make it brighter and more beautiful, take red beans.
You will need: 5 pieces of pepper, 150 g of beans, 2 onions, 4 cloves of garlic, 30 g of cheese, 30 ml of balsamic vinegar, 50 ml of olive oil, 20 ml of lemon juice, spices, sugar, herbs.
Preparation: Soak and boil the beans in advance, or use canned beans. Put the peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, and then leave in a bag for 20 minutes. Marinate half rings of onion in spices and sugar. Mix all the ingredients, add grated cheese and chopped herbs with garlic. Season the salad with a mixture of oil, vinegar and lemon juice.
13. Zucchini cutlets with minced meat
In addition to their pleasant taste, they also have an interesting color.
You will need: 300 g zucchini, 300 g minced meat, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. flour, spices.
Preparation: Grate zucchini on a coarse grater and mix with minced meat, spices and egg. Add flour, shape the patties and place them on the parchment. Bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
14. Salmon with dill sauce
A real delicacy, but the preparation is very simple!
You will need: 300 g fish steak, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tsp. lemon juice, salt and pepper, 1 bunch of dill, 2 cloves of garlic.
Preparation: Rinse and dry the salmon, rub with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon and bake for 20 minutes in a greased form at 200 degrees. Combine butter with crushed garlic, spices and finely chopped dill and pour over the fish.
15. Delicate salad with chicken liver
Even an ordinary chicken liver can be easily turned into an original and delicious dish.
You will need: 250 g chicken liver, 2 pickled cucumbers, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 200 g canned peas, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, 40 ml of vegetable oil, green onions, spices.
Preparation: Rinse and clean the liver, boil it for 20 minutes, and during this time chop and fry the onions and carrots. Chop the liver and cucumbers into strips, mix the ingredients, add the peas and green onions, and season the salad with mayonnaise.
16. Strawberry semolina porridge
Both children and adults will be happy to eat such semolina!
You will need: 500 ml milk, 4 tablespoons semolina, 8 strawberries, 2 tsp.butter, sugar.
Preparation: Boil milk, add semolina and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Set aside for 8 minutes, add slices of strawberries or other berries, sugar and spices to taste. Whisk everything with a hand blender.
17. Shiny Lemon Cupcake
The cupcake turns out to be very airy and with a beautiful shiny crust.
You will need: 1 tbsp butter, 1 glass of sugar, 360 g of cottage cheese, 4 eggs, 1 lemon, 1.5 tsp. soda, 2 cups flour.
Preparation: Grind the butter with half the sugar and cottage cheese until smooth. Grind the lemon along with the peel in a blender and add to the dough. Separately, beat the eggs with the remaining sugar, add to the curd mass, add soda, mix, knead with flour and transfer to a mold. Bake for 40-60 minutes at 200 degrees.
18. Shrimp with herbs in soy sauce
Everything is clear with boiled and fried shrimps, but what about baked ones?
You will need: 500 g shrimp, 50 ml soy sauce, 50 ml olive oil, 2 tsp. rosemary, 50 g butter, herbs and spices.
Preparation: Peel the shrimp and place in a baking dish. Pour olive oil and soy sauce over them, season, stir and leave for half an hour. Sprinkle with herbal rosemary, add slices of butter and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
19. Eggplant parmigiano
A simple recipe for making a delicious eggplant dish.
You will need: 1 kg eggplant, 100 ml vegetable oil, 40 ml olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1 kg canned tomatoes, 300 g mozzarella, 100 g parmesan, 10 g basil, spices.
Preparation: Cut the eggplants into slices, lay them in layers, salting each one, leave for an hour and then rinse. Fry each on both sides in vegetable oil, and in the other saucepan, stew chopped tomatoes with garlic and basil in olive. Put the eggplants in a mold, pour the sauce, put the mozzarella on top, cover with Parmesan and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
20. Craffins
These are American baked goods - a cross between muffins and croissants.
You will need: 300 g flour, 140 ml water, 200 g butter, 50 g sugar, salt and powdered sugar, 7 g yeast.
Preparation: Mix water and 50 g of melted butter, add sugar and yeast. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and heat for 15 minutes. Add sifted flour, salt and knead the dough, put it back in heat until it doubles in size.
Divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll each piece into a thin ribbon. Brush each with softened butter and roll into a roll. Cut the rolls in half and roll them into muffin molds with a snail. Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
