1. Mask with cinnamon
Hair will be smooth and shiny, and also with a unique cinnamon scent.
You will need: 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 tsp. coconut and macadamia oils.
How to do: Melt the butter and honey in a water bath and stir until you get a comfortable and pleasant consistency. Add cinnamon, mix again and smear on hair under a film for 40 minutes.
2. Mask with burdock oil
Burdock oil not only stimulates hair growth, but also strengthens and restores the structure of damaged hair!
You will need: Burr oil.
How to do: Spread the burdock oil evenly over the scalp and soak for 40 minutes. Just keep in mind that pure oil masks are not suitable for oily skin and can weigh down very thin and porous hair.
3. Mask with an egg
Egg yolk is rich in healthy fats and nutrients, so it can be used alone or added to other masks.
You will need: 1 egg, 1 tablespoon olive oil.
How to do: Take the yolk, because then it is very difficult to wash the protein out of the hair. Whisk it with olive oil and add a couple of drops of aromatic oil if desired. The egg mask is applied to damp hair and for no more than 20 minutes.
4. Mask with mustard
Mustard mask has a specific aroma, but it is one of the most effective recipes for hair growth!
You will need: 2 tbsp. mustard powder, hot water and any oil, 1 tsp. Sahara.
How to do: Combine the powder with water and add sugar, leave it on your head under the bag for an hour. The main thing is to wash the mask well so that there is no smell and no irritation. For sensitive skin, this recipe probably won't work.
5. Mask with aloe and garlic
Aloe provides good hydration to the hair and scalp, while garlic stimulates blood circulation.
You will need: Aloe gel, a few cloves of garlic.
How to do: Chop and crush the garlic to extract the juice. Mix it with a couple of tablespoons of aloe gel and apply to hair for half an hour. We recommend covering your head with a towel and rinsing off the mask only with warm water.
6. Mask with ginger
Powdered ginger is better for the mask because it bakes stronger than the fresh root.
You will need: 1 tsp ginger powder, 2 tablespoons any oil.
How to do: Mix the ingredients and distribute the mask to the roots under a film for half an hour. To enhance the effect, wrap your head in a towel or a special warm cap.
7. Mask with nicotinic acid
An ampoule of niacin can be bought at the pharmacy, and this is the best remedy for the vessels of the scalp and hair growth, respectively!
You will need: Ampoule of niacin, 1 tsp aloe juice.
How to do: Mix the ingredients and add a few drops of propolis if desired. This mask does not need to be applied at length - only at the hair roots. Apply a light massage to the skin to disperse the blood and rub in the product, and after half an hour, wash off the mask.
8. Mask with onions and honey
Onions aggressively affect the skin and leave a scent, but they powerfully stimulate hair growth!
You will need: 1 onion, 1 tsp honey.
How to do: Grate onion and mix with honey for optimal consistency. Apply the mask to the roots for an hour under a warm bandage. Then wash your hair well, apply balm and rinse with lemon water.
9. Peach mask
In contrast to onions, ginger and mustard, a recipe for a mask, which is pleasant in every sense, has finally appeared!
You will need: 2 tbspmilk, 2 ripe peaches.
How to do: Chop the peach pulp in a blender and mix with the pre-warmed milk. You can vary the proportions to achieve a comfortable consistency. But even such a hair mask does not need to be kept for too long, because the result will be the opposite - no more than half an hour.
10. Mask with beer
It has long been known that brewer's yeast is excellent for strengthening hair, improving its growth and making it shiny.
You will need: 1 glass of beer, 1 tsp. almond oil.
How to do: Mix the ingredients well and stretch the mask over the entire hair length for 20 minutes. Olive and any other suitable oil can be used in place of almond oil. This is a good option for dry hair, because brewer's yeast rebuilds its structure and oils nourish and prevent the ends from splitting.
11. Mask with nettles
Nettle perfectly strengthens the hair roots, prevents hair loss, helps get rid of itching, dandruff and excess oiliness.
You will need: 1 cup nettle leaves, 3 tablespoons each olive oil and honey, 50 g of yeast.
How to do: Pour boiling water over the nettle leaves and let it brew, and after a couple of hours, strain. Heat the infusion, add the rest of the ingredients to it, mix and leave the mask on the head for 20 minutes.
12. Mask with pepper
Do not use the mask for sensitive or dry skin, and keep in mind that the sensations are quite specific, but the result will be visible after several times!
You will need: 1 tbsp. pepper tincture and any oil.
How to do: Combine the ingredients and apply the mask to the scalp once a week for 2-3 months. Keep in mind that the pepper burns a lot, and the more diluted, the stronger. If you feel severe discomfort, rinse off the product as soon as possible!
13. Mask with kefir
Kefir makes hair thick, shiny and voluminous, but it can wash out the dye or change its shade.
You will need: 100 ml of kefir, 2 tbsp. favorite base oils.
How to do: Kefir must be at least room temperature - not from the refrigerator, so get it out in advance. Apply the mask to the entire length and roots for an hour. Rinse off the product not too hot, but not with cold water!
