You will need: 1 kg of tomatoes, 2 umbrellas of dill, 1 horseradish leaf, 3 currant leaves, 2 cloves of garlic, 5 allspice peas, 1 bay leaf, 40 g of sugar, 25 g of salt, 40 ml of vinegar, 1 liter of water.
Preparation: Wash tomatoes, dill and herbs. Put chopped garlic, horseradish, dill, spices, currant leaves and tomatoes in jars. Pour in boiling water and cover. After 30 minutes, pour the liquid into a saucepan, add sugar and salt. Boil for 3 minutes, add vinegar, fill the jars to the top and roll up.
2. Spicy tomatoes marinated in Korean
These pickled tomatoes are simply impossible to resist.
You will need: 2 kg of tomatoes, 500 g of bell pepper, 1 hot pepper, half a bunch of cilantro, 1 head of garlic, 2 tbsp. salt, 50 ml of vegetable oil, 60 ml of wine vinegar, 80 g of sugar.
Preparation: Grind garlic, cilantro, bell peppers and hot peppers in a blender. Add salt, oil, vinegar and sugar. Mix the marinade with chopped tomatoes and place in the prepared container. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
3. Pickled green tomatoes
Small, milky tomatoes are fine.
You will need: 1 kg green tomatoes, 1 chili, 1 onion, half a head of garlic, 1 tsp. coriander beans, half a bunch of parsley, 100 ml of vegetable oil, 50 ml of vinegar, 0.5 tsp. ground black pepper, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 25 g of salt.
Preparation: Chop the tomatoes, chili, onion and parsley. Mix everything in a deep bowl, add spices, vinegar, salt and sugar. Pour in hot oil, squeeze the garlic through a press and mix. Cover the tomatoes with gauze and refrigerate for 2 days.
4. Sweet pickled tomatoes
When sterilizing, place the jars in a saucepan so that they do not touch each other.
You will need: 2 kg of tomatoes, half a bunch of dill, 1 horseradish leaf, 4 black and allspice peas, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 bay leaves, 2 tbsp. salt, 120 g sugar, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 2 liters of water.
Preparation: Put prepared tomatoes, dill, horseradish, spices and garlic in jars. Boil water with salt, sugar, add vinegar and fill the jars to the top. Sterilize for 10 minutes and roll up.
5. Tomatoes marinated with carrots and bell peppers
Cut the carrots with a curly knife to make the workpiece look even more beautiful.
You will need: 1 kg of tomatoes, 2 bell peppers, 2 carrots, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 5 black peppercorns, 1 bay leaf, 25 g of salt, 40 g of sugar, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 1 liter of water.
Preparation: Peel and chop carrots, onions, bell peppers, garlic. Place the spices, prepared vegetables and tomatoes in the jars. Pour boiling water over and leave covered for 30 minutes. Drain the liquid, add sugar, salt and boil for 5 minutes. Pour vinegar, boiling marinade into jars and roll up.

You will need: 1 kg of tomatoes, 2 umbrellas of dill, 1 tbsp. dry mustard seeds, 2 bay leaves, 3 allspice peas, 50 g sugar, 1 tbsp. salt, 100 ml of vinegar, 1 liter of water.
Preparation: Place mustard, dill, bay leaves, allspice and tomatoes in a jar. Boil water, add salt, sugar and vinegar. Pour the marinade into jars and sterilize in boiling water for 20 minutes.
7. Pickled tomatoes with lemon juice
The most delicious preparations are obtained from autumn tomatoes.
You will need: 1 kg of tomatoes, 2 umbrellas of dill, 4 cloves of garlic, 5 black peppercorns, 1 bay leaf, 1 tbsp.salt, 40 g sugar, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 liter of water.
Preparation: Scald the dill with boiling water, rinse the tomatoes, peel the garlic and cut into large pieces. Put everything in jars, add spices and pour in boiling water. After half an hour, pour the liquid into a saucepan, add salt, sugar and boil for 3 minutes. Pour lemon juice, marinade into jars, roll up and turn upside down.
8. Tomatoes, pickled without vinegar
Citric acid does a good job of being a preservative.
You will need: 1 kg of tomatoes, half a bunch of greens, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 bay leaves, 2 cloves, 3 allspice peas, 0.5 tsp. citric acid, 20 g salt, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 liter of water.
Preparation: Place the spices, herbs, chopped garlic and tomatoes in the jars. Pour in boiling water and cover for half an hour. Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt and citric acid. Boil the marinade for 5 minutes, fill the jars to the top and roll up.
9. Pickled tomatoes with a surprise
Large garlic can be cut into wedges.
You will need: 2 kg of tomatoes, 2 heads of garlic, 3 leaves of cherries and currants, half a bunch of dill, 1 tsp. coriander beans, 2 bay leaves, 5 allspice peas, 50 g of salt, 150 g of sugar, 80 ml of apple cider vinegar, 2 liters of water.
Preparation: Peel the garlic, scald the herbs with boiling water. Make a deep cut in the tomatoes and fill it with garlic. Put spices, dill, leaves and tomatoes in sterilized jars. Pour in boiling water and leave for 30 minutes. Pour the liquid into a saucepan, boil again and repeat the steps. For the third time, add sugar, salt and boil for 5 minutes. You will need: 1 kg of tomatoes, 150 g of celery stalks, 3 currant leaves, 1 tbsp. dry grains of mustard, 3 black peppercorns, 1 tbsp. salt, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 1 liter of water.
Preparation: Cut the celery into cubes, scald the currants with boiling water, pierce each tomato with a toothpick. Put everything in a jar, add spices and pour boiling water over it. After half an hour, pour the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt and boil for 5 minutes. Pour vinegar, boiling marinade into jars and roll up.
11. Tomatoes marinated with aspirin for the winter
Aspirin makes vegetables firmer than vinegar.
You will need: 2 kg of tomatoes, 5 cloves of garlic, 3 umbrellas of dill, 6 peas of allspice, 2 cloves, 2 aspirin tablets, a pinch of citric acid, 2 tbsp. salt, 4 tablespoons sugar, 2 liters of water.
Preparation: Rinse the tomatoes, peel and coarsely chop the garlic, scald the dill with boiling water. Put everything in sterilized jars, add spices and pour in boiling water. After half an hour, pour the liquid into a saucepan, add sugar, salt, citric acid and boil for 3 minutes. Add crumbled aspirin to the marinade, fill the jars and roll up.
12. Cold pickled tomato recipe
Many people consider this cooking method to be the most correct one!
You will need: 2 kg of tomatoes, 3 umbrellas of dill, 2 leaves of horseradish, 3 leaves of currants and cherries, 5 cloves of garlic, 5 peas of allspice, 1 tbsp. dry grains of mustard, 3 tbsp. vinegar, 50 g sugar, 150 g salt, 2 liters of water.
Preparation: Rinse the tomatoes and pierce them with a toothpick in several places. At the bottom of the prepared container, fold the dill, currant and cherry leaves, allspice, coarsely chopped garlic. Then put the tomatoes tightly, add sugar, salt, mustard and cover the top with horseradish leaves. Pour in cold water, vinegar and oppression. Put the tomatoes in a cool place for 5 days.
13. A quick pickled tomato recipe
The finer you cut the tomatoes, the faster they will pickle.

You will need: 1 kg of tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, a bunch of dill, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. salt, 50 g sugar, 0.5 tsp. ground black pepper, 1 tsp. coriander beans, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Preparation: Prepare the tomatoes and put them in a bag. Add oil, spices, salt, sugar, lemon juice, finely chopped dill and garlic. Tie the bag tightly and shake it several times. Put the tomatoes in the refrigerator for an hour.
16. Pickled tomatoes in tomato juice
You can make tomato juice from fresh tomatoes.
You will need: 1 kg of tomatoes, 1 l of tomato juice, 5 black peppercorns, 2 bay leaves, 2 tbsp. sugar, 50 ml of vinegar, 25 g of salt.
Preparation: Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, peel them and put them in jars. Boil the juice, add salt, sugar and spices. Boil for 10 minutes, fill the jars and send them to sterilize in a saucepan with boiling water. After 15 minutes, take it out, pour in the vinegar and roll up.
17. Hungarian pickled tomatoes

Preparation: Chop tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and garlic. Put everything in the prepared container. Boil the juice with water, add sugar, salt, spices and mustard. Boil marinade for 7 minutes, pour into jars and sterilize. After 10 minutes, add the vinegar and roll up.
