You will need: 500 g minced meat, 1 onion, 50 g butter, 50 g herbs, spices.

3. Pork lula kebab
Choose minced meat that is not too dry to make the patties juicier, or add a little lard.

4. Beef lula kebab

Preparation: Pass the meat through a meat grinder several times, and add fat tail and onions there. Grind the spices in a mortar, stir in the minced meat and knead it with your hands for 10 minutes. Leave the piece in the refrigerator for 2 hours, shape the kebab and fry over medium heat, turning constantly, about 4-5 minutes per side.
6. Chicken lula kebab
Non-classical, but very tasty and low-calorie option.
You will need: 600 g chicken, 1 onion, 0.5 pepper, 1 bunch of herbs, 1 tbsp. starch, spices.
Preparation: Pass the chicken and onions through a meat grinder and finely chop the greens and pepper there. Add spices and beat the minced meat well until viscous. Form the patties around the skewers and bake on parchment for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Then turn it over and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
7. Lula kebab from homemade minced meat
The recipe is equally good for a skillet, oven, or barbecue.
You will need: 1 kg of homemade minced meat, 150 g of lard, 1 onion, spices, 1 bunch of dill with parsley.
Preparation: Take any mixed mince and add the minced bacon to it. Chop the onion and herbs there as finely as possible, add spices and beat the minced meat. Form a kebab, put on skewers and bake for about 25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees, turning occasionally.
8. Lula kebab with gravy
Prepare the kebab immediately in a delicate tomato sauce - and it will be even tastier!
You will need: 500 g pork, half a bunch of dill, spices, 2 tbsp.soy sauce, 2 onions, 1 egg, 3 tomatoes, herbs.
Preparation: Pass the meat with 1 onion through a meat grinder, add finely chopped herbs and spices. Add the egg there, mix the minced meat thoroughly, form the cutlets around the skewers and fry.
Chop the remaining onion and fry until golden. Peel the tomatoes, chop them in a blender, mix with spices and soy sauce, add to the onions and a little stew. Put in kebab sauce and leave covered for 15-20 minutes over low heat.
9. Lula kebab with cheese
It turns out the most interesting with chicken or pork.
