1. Pork lula kebab with paprika
It always turns out to be juicy and saturated with smoke.

Preparation: Grind herbs, garlic, onion and spices in a blender until smooth. Pass the beef and fat through a meat grinder, and mix the minced meat with green mass. 3. Chicken lula kebab with adjika
You can add any tomato sauce or ketchup you like.
You will need: 800 g chicken fillet, 2 onions, 1 bunch of herbs, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp. adjika, spices.

4. Lamb kebab on the grill
Lamb goes well with pomegranate sauce.
You will need: 1 kg of lamb, 500 g of fat tail fat, 400 g of red onions, 1 tsp each. smoked paprika, coriander, suneli hops and pepper, 1 bunch of cilantro.
Preparation: Coarsely chop the meat, fat and onion, roll in spices, mix with chopped herbs and mince twice. Knead the minced meat like dough, beat it hard, form a lula weighing about 200 g and fry on a pre-calcined grill for 2 minutes on each side for 10 minutes.
5. Lula kebab with cheese on the grill
We recommend using a very hard cheese that does not melt as quickly.
You will need: 900 g of any minced meat to taste, 300 g of onions, 75 g of herbs, 200 g of cheese, spices.
Preparation: Finely chop the onion, chop the herbs and grate the cheese. Add everything to the minced meat, season to taste and mix thoroughly until smooth for 5-10 minutes.
Let the minced meat cool in the refrigerator and shape into elongated patties on flat skewers. Warm up the grill in advance, make sure that the coals are moist enough, and fry the lula for 10 minutes, constantly turning it over.
6. Lula kebab with greens on the grill
You can add any greens, from spinach to chopped lettuce leaves.
You will need: 800 g minced meat, 0.5 bunch of cilantro, parsley, basil and green onions, spices, 0.5 onions.
Preparation: Pass the minced meat through a meat grinder twice, and chop the onion with herbs in a blender. Mix both masses, add spices and beat well. Form a skewer around the skewers and fry on hot coals for 10 minutes, turning frequently.
7. Lula kebab with semolina
The semolina retains its juiciness even better, because it absorbs all the juices.
You will need: 1 kg of meat, 100 g of lard, 2 onions, 1 bunch of dill, 2 tbsp. semolina, spices.
Preparation: Pass the meat, salads and onions through a meat grinder, add chopped herbs and spices, and mix. At the end, add semolina, mix again and beat the minced meat thoroughly until viscous. Form a cradle and grill on the grill for 8-10 minutes.
8. Lula kebab from potatoes
A very unexpected and original recipe that will suit even strict vegetarians!
You will need: 1 kg of potatoes, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of herbs, 1 tsp. turmeric, spices.
Preparation: Boil the potatoes until tender, let cool and mince. Add spices, chopped herbs, crushed garlic and oil to it, and mix well. Shape the oblong cutlets around the skewer.
Potato lula, unlike meat lula, can be fried at a higher temperature. Otherwise, it may crack, fall apart and fall into the brazier. And so that it does not burn, turn it over quickly enough as soon as one side grabs.
9. Lula-kebab from homemade minced meat on the grill
Mixed homemade minced meat is always richer in taste.
You will need: 300 g of pork, 300 g of beef, 200 g of chicken, 100 g of lard, 2 onions, 4 cloves of garlic, spices.
