Fried or stewed chicken in a pan is a dish that absolutely everyone can handle. We collected 20 recipes of different complexity at once, with different products and for every taste. Add new experiences to your daily diet!
1. Whole chicken in a pan
Keep in mind that you will need a press for this recipe.
You will need: 1 chicken, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices.
Preparation: Rinse the chicken and cut it across the chest without touching the back. Unfold the carcass with a book and beat it well through the film over all bones and joints. Rub the chicken with spice oil and crushed garlic on both sides and leave for a couple of hours.
Place the chicken in a preheated skillet, press it down with a board, and on top with something heavy. Fry for 20 minutes, turn, and cook until tender. Then hold it for another 5-7 minutes under the lid and serve.
2. Abkhazian chicken in a pan
A frying pan is needed large enough and roomy.
You will need: 1 chicken, 1 onion, 1 pepper, 1 carrot, 1 tomato, garlic, herbs, paprika, spices.
Preparation: Divide the chicken into portions, roll in spices and fry until golden brown. Cut the onions, carrots and peppers into thin strips, add to the chicken and stew, covered, for 20 minutes. Then add tomato slices, chopped garlic and herbs, and simmer for a couple of minutes until tender.
3. Chicken in a creamy garlic sauce
A great variation on the Georgian dish chkmeruli.
You will need: 800 g of chicken, hops-suneli, spices, 350 ml of cream, 4 cloves of garlic, 40 g of cilantro.
Preparation: Divide the chicken into portions and fry until golden brown. Combine crushed garlic, chopped herbs and spices with cream and pour in chicken. Simmer everything together under a lid over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
4. Velvet chicken in a pan
The Chinese recipe is so called because of the delicate texture that the chicken fillet acquires.
You will need: 400 g chicken, 1 protein, 1 tbsp. starch, 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar, 100 g onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 50 g soy sauce, 50 g honey, 1 tbsp. balsamic, spices.
Preparation: Whisk the white with a whisk and combine with the starch, apple cider vinegar and salt. Chop the chicken finely and marinate in protein for an hour, then quickly fry over high heat. Separately chop and fry the onion, and then fill it with the marinade from the remaining ingredients. When the sauce boils, add the chicken and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Chicken with bell pepper in a pan
Sprinkle with balsamic or teriyaki sauce when serving.
You will need: 350 g chicken, 300 g of different colored peppers, 1 hot pepper, 1 tsp. grated ginger, 100 g onions, 150 g carrots, 5 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp. Sahara.
Preparation: Cut the peppers into strips, the onions into the feathers, the carrots into thin slices, and the hot peppers into rings. Chop the chicken and fry it until half cooked. At intervals of a couple of minutes, add carrots, onions, peppers to it, and then add soy sauce with sugar. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
6. French chicken in a pan
Here's how to do without an oven!
You will need: 350 g chicken, 5 potatoes, 3 tomatoes, 200 g onions, 150 g cheese.
Preparation: Chop the chicken finely and lightly fry it in a pan. Put onion half rings on top, then - thin slices of potatoes and sprinkle with spices. Stir everything together and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, covered. Put the tomatoes on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and carcasses for another 15-20 minutes.
7. Chicken with potatoes in a pan
Better than fried potatoes can only be chicken and potatoes. We especially recommend the thigh fillet!
You will need: 400 g chicken, 6 potatoes, 1 onion, spices.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into medium sized pieces and fry. Grind the potatoes with about the same pieces, add to the chicken and fry over medium heat for 10 minutes.Add the onion and spices and cook until cooked, stirring without covering the pan.
8. Chicken with cabbage in a pan
A very juicy and tender dish.
You will need: 250 g chicken, 500 g cabbage, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, spices.
Preparation: Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the chicken and chop the onion. Fry the chicken, reduce heat, add a little water and simmer under the lid for 5 minutes. Add the cabbage and simmer for another 10 minutes. Then add the rest of the vegetables and spices, and after 20 minutes - tomato paste. Stir, warm up the dish and serve.
9. Chicken with zucchini in a pan
We recommend taking whole chicken thighs!
You will need: 600 g chicken, 2 zucchini, 1 onion, 1 pepper, 1 tomato, 1 clove of garlic, spices and herbs.
Preparation: Fry the thighs until golden brown on both sides and add the coarsely chopped onions. After a couple of minutes, add the pepper, and after another 5-7 minutes, add the zucchini. Continue frying for the same amount, and at the end add chopped tomatoes, spices, garlic and herbs, and stew a little under the lid.
10. Chicken with cauliflower in a pan
If the cabbage is not from the freezer, then boil it for 3-5 minutes first.
You will need: 250 g chicken, 300 g cauliflower, 1 onion, 200 g sour cream, 50 g cheese, 100 ml water, spices.
Preparation: Fry the chopped onion until soft and fry the chicken pieces separately. Toss them in one skillet, season and add cauliflower blossoms. Pour everything with sour cream and water, mix well and mascara covered for 15 minutes. Add shredded cheese and cook until melted.
11. Chicken with prunes in a pan
An original dish that cannot be forgotten once you have tasted it.
You will need: 750 g chicken, 300 g onions, 100 g prunes, 40 g walnuts, 0.5 cups flour, 1.5 cups cream, 2 tsp. butter, 6 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into portions, roll in flour and fry on both sides in vegetable oil. During this time, soak the prunes in hot water, and then add them to the chicken. Fry the onions separately and put them in the same place.
Fry chopped walnuts in butter, cover with cream, bring to a boil and boil the mixture slightly. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes over low heat.
12. Chicken in sweet and sour sauce
This recipe also came to us from Chinese cuisine, but has become very popular for a long time.
You will need: 300 g chicken, 4 tablespoons starch, 100 ml soy sauce, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp. sugar, spices.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into chunks, stir with spices and starch, and fry until golden brown. Put it out of the pan, and pour in the vinegar and soy sauce. Add tomato paste, sugar, minced garlic and bring to a boil.
Dilute another spoonful of starch in water, pour it into a frying pan and boil for a couple of minutes. Put the chicken there, stir and leave for 10 minutes over low heat.
13. Chicken in honey and soy sauce in a pan
In order not to have to make a side dish separately, you can immediately add potatoes.
You will need: 6 chicken thighs, 700 g potatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, spices, 0.5 cups of water, 1 tbsp. honey, 3 tbsp. ketchup, 4 tablespoons soy sauce.
Preparation: Rub the chicken with the spices and fry on both sides until golden, then set aside. In the same frying pan, fry the potatoes with carrots, cut into cubes, and remove too.
Fry the onions separately, and only then add everything else to it. Mix water with soy sauce, ketchup and honey, pour in chicken and potatoes, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes over low heat.
14. Chicken in creamy mushroom sauce
Keep the classic recipe your whole family will fall in love with!
You will need: 400 g chicken, 60 g butter, 200 g mushrooms, 100 ml broth, 1 onion, 150 ml cream, spices.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into portions, roll in spices, fry until golden brown in butter and set aside.Fry the onion separately in the remaining oil, add the mushrooms to it and simmer for 7 minutes. Put the chicken to the mushrooms and pour everything with broth with cream, and then simmer for another 10 minutes on low heat under the lid.
15. Chicken in tomato sauce in a pan
A versatile dish goes well with any cereals and vegetable side dishes.
You will need: 500 g of chicken, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 200 g of tomato sauce, spices, 1 bunch of cilantro.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into portions and fry until golden brown. Add the coarsely chopped onion and cook for a couple more minutes. Pour everything with tomato sauce and stew under the lid for 15 minutes, and then add spices, chopped cilantro and garlic, warm up and remove from heat.
16. Chicken in mustard sauce in a pan
Chicken in grainy mustard turns out to be surprisingly aromatic.
You will need: 800 g chicken, 2 tablespoons each flour, soy sauce and mustard, 100 ml of dry white wine, spices.
Preparation: Combine soy sauce, mustard and spices, add flour, and coat the chicken with the sauce. Leave it on for 20 minutes, and then fry for another 20 minutes over medium heat, turning occasionally. Pour in the wine and stew until it evaporates.
17. Chicken curry in a pan
Bright in every sense, the curry sauce goes well with chicken and boiled rice.
You will need: 400 g chicken, 2 onions, 1 tomato, 1 tbsp. curry, 2 cloves of garlic, spices, 50 ml cream.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into medium pieces and fry until half cooked. Fry the onion and garlic separately, combine everything in one pan and add the peeled grated tomato. Stew for 10 minutes, cover with cream, season with chicken and stew until tender.
18. Chicken with couscous in a pan
An easy, healthy and quick dish.
You will need: 250 g of chicken, 50 g of couscous, 60 g of onion, 30 g of celery stalk, 150 g of pepper, curry, mint, paprika, spices, 30 g each of olive and butter, 75 ml of water.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into medium and cut all the vegetables into small cubes. Fry the onion with celery, add the pepper with spices and fry all together for about 7 minutes. Add the chicken and continue to fry until the meat is tender. Pour the couscous separately with hot water and add it to the chicken at the very end.
19. Chicken with rice in a pan
Thigh or drumstick fillets are perfect again.
You will need: 500 g chicken, 350 g rice, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 10 cloves of garlic, spices.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into pieces and fry until half cooked. Add chopped onions to it, and a little later - grated carrots and a little chopped garlic with spices.
Stew for a couple of minutes, put the washed rice and the remaining cloves of garlic on top in an even layer, and then add water in a ratio of 2: 1 to the rice. All carcasses covered over low heat for about half an hour.
20. Chicken with pineapple in a pan
In the end, one more combination was left, which has long become a everyone's favorite.
You will need: 200 g chicken, 1 onion, 1 pepper, 0.5 cans of pineapple, 0.5 cups pineapple syrup, 1 tbsp. starch, chili and spices.
Preparation: Cut the onion into half rings and lightly fry. To it, add strips of chicken and large cubes of pepper. Continue to fry until tender, while mixing syrup, starch and spices. Add pineapples, top with syrup, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
