1. Shrimp with cabbage
Add ginger, chili, or lemongrass as desired.
You will need: 500 g shrimp, 1 head of cabbage, 100 ml rice vinegar, 4 tsp. sugar, 1 bunch of cilantro, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 onion, spices.
Preparation: Fry the onion until golden and add coarsely chopped cabbage to it. Stew everything together, add garlic, soy sauce and spices, and simmer for another 5-7 minutes. After that, pour in the rice vinegar and sugar, add the shrimp and mix again. After another 5 minutes, sprinkle with cilantro and remove from heat.
2. Cheese soup with shrimps
When serving, add greens or croutons.
You will need: 15 shrimps, 400 g cheese, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 4 potatoes, spices.
Preparation: Coarsely chop all vegetables and lightly fry. Melt the cheese in boiling water, add vegetables and boil until tender. Grind everything with a blender, season and put the separately fried shrimps into the soup.
3. Shrimp and vegetable salad
You can add a couple of chili rings for spice.
You will need: 300 g shrimp, 1 bunch of lettuce leaves, 3 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 1 pepper, olive oil, lemon, 3 tbsp. sesame seeds.
Preparation: Coarsely chop all the vegetables, tear the salad fox into pieces, and boil the shrimp in salted water for 5 minutes after boiling. Sprinkle the salad with oil and lemon juice, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. Rice with shrimps and omelet
Great dish hot and cold.
You will need: 16 large shrimps, 2 cups boiled rice, 2 cups frozen vegetable mixture, 3 eggs, 4 cloves of garlic.
Preparation: Fry the shrimp with garlic over high heat, fry the vegetables separately, and mix everything with the rice. Beat the eggs, fry a thin omelet, cut into strips and add to the dish too.
5. Shrimp corn soup
For decoration, greens, chili and canned corn are suitable.
You will need: 200 g shrimp, 1 can of corn, 5 tbsp. butter, 2 glasses of milk, 2 glasses of water, 2 tbsp. flour, spices.
Preparation: Beat the corn in a blender, add water and heat while stirring. Fry flour in butter, pour in warm milk and stir so that there are no lumps. Combine both mixtures, bring the soup to a boil, add shrimp and spices, and boil until tender.
6. Shrimp and grapefruit salad
An amazing snack to surprise your guests.
You will need: 500 g shrimp, 200 g lettuce, 1 grapefruit, 1 avocado, 1 tsp each. soy sauce, honey, olive oil and Dijon mustard, spices.
Preparation: Boil the shrimp until tender, and peel the grapefruit from all films and cut. Add avocado cubes and leaves, toss lettuce and fields with soy sauce, butter, honey and spiced mustard.
7. Shrimp in pesto sauce

You will need: 1 kg shrimp, 7 cloves of garlic, chili, 30 g butter, 80 g Parmesan cheese, 50 ml 30% cream, 50 g parsley, 30 g basil, 50 ml olive oil, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, spices.
Preparation: Combine the herbs, olive oil, lemon sauce and half the garlic in a blender and whisk. Fry the remaining garlic and chili in butter, add shrimp and pesto there, and after a couple of minutes pour in the cream. Stew until tender, season the dish, and at the end sprinkle with grated cheese.
8. Risotto with shrimps
The classic recipe uses arborio rice.
You will need: 230 g shrimp, 200 g onion, 5 cups broth, 3/4 cup white wine, 6 tbsp. butter, 2 cloves of garlic, a pinch of chili, 1.5 cups of rice, 2.5 tbsp. chopped parsley.
Preparation: Combine broth and 1/4 cup wine and bring to a boil. Melt a third of the butter and fry the shrimp with garlic and pepper on it.Pour in the rest of the wine, fry for another 2 minutes and drain. Melt the remaining butter separately, fry the onion in it until golden brown, add the rice and stir.
After 2 minutes, pour in 2 cups of broth and cook over low heat, gradually adding it. At the end, pour in the liquid from the shrimp and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and herbs yourself.
9. Shrimp quiche
The easiest and fastest pie with an appetizing filling.
You will need: 250 g flour, 125 g butter, 4 eggs, 150 ml milk, 150 g sour cream, 18 shrimps, 2 cloves of garlic, herbs, spices, 60 g cheese.
Preparation: Grind flour, salt and butter into crumbs, pour in an egg and 30 ml of cold water, and quickly knead the dough. Send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours, roll it into a mold and prick it with a fork.
Fry shrimps with herbs and garlic. Put grated cheese on the crust and shrimp on top. Mix sour cream with milk, eggs and spices, and pour the quiche on top. Bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
10. Shrimp with blue cheese
Perhaps the most sophisticated recipe in the collection.
You will need: 400 g shrimp, 1 clove of garlic, 20 g butter, a third of a baguette, spices, 50 g blue cheese, 2 tbsp. 30% cream, 2 tbsp. white wine, 1 stem of thyme.
Preparation: Peel the shrimp and sauté in butter with minced garlic and spices. Pour in the wine, and when it evaporates - the cream. After another couple of minutes, add the blue cheese and stew a little until it melts. Sprinkle with thyme and serve with a baguette.
11. Shrimp in soy sauce
Delicate and aromatic dish.
You will need: 500 g shrimp, 50 ml soy sauce, 50 ml olive oil, 2 tsp. rosemary, 50 g butter, herbs and spices.
Preparation: Put the shrimp in a mold, fields with butter and sauce, season and mix. Put slices of butter on top, sprinkle with herbs and spices and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
12. Shrimp with mango
A very curious recipe from Chinese cuisine.
You will need: 250 g shrimp, half pepper, ginger root, 1 mango, 1 tsp. cornstarch, spices.
Preparation: Cut the mango and pepper into cubes and the ginger into slices and fry them all together. Boil shrimps in water with spices until tender. Put them in a skillet, season everything together and stir. Dilute the starch in 3 tablespoons of water, pour in there and simmer for a couple of minutes.
13. Pasta with shrimps and cream
Light creamy sauce perfectly sets off seafood.
You will need: 250 g shrimp, 200 g pasta, 60 g butter, 10 cherry tomatoes, garlic, herbs, 400 ml 20% cream, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, greens and green onions, 300 g mozzarella.
Preparation: Boil the pasta until half cooked. Fry the garlic with shrimps in butter, and after a couple of minutes add the cherry halves. Pour in the cream, add half of the grated cheese and chopped herbs, season and pour in the lemon juice. Stew everything under the lid, add the pasta, mix again and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
14. Pumpkin soup with shrimps
Another option for a hot first course.
You will need: 2 kg of pumpkin, 1 l of water, 300 g of shrimp, spices.
Preparation: Coarsely chop the pumpkin, cover with water and boil for half an hour. Roll the shrimps in spices, drizzle with oil and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Grind the pumpkin with a blender, season and add the shrimp to the soup.
15. Fried shrimp rolls
Scatter before our eyes!
You will need: 260 g flour, 100 ml water, 40 ml mayonnaise, 130 g shrimp, 2 eggs, 50 ml milk, 50 g Chinese cabbage, 30 ml sour cream, 2 tsp. soy sauce, green onions, garlic, ginger.
Preparation: Mix the sifted flour, salt, water and mayonnaise and notice the dough. Fry the prawns with garlic and ginger and add chopped green onions and soy sauce. Fry an omelet from eggs with milk and cut into cubes, and chop the cabbage separately.
Divide the dough into 10 pieces, roll out thin cakes and spread all the filling over them. Add a little sour cream instead of sauce, and any dressing to your taste. Form rolls and fry in oil on all sides.
16. Shrimp and red fish pate
Serve it with a baguette or tartlets.
You will need: 200 g shrimp, 200 g red fish, 4 tbsp. mayonnaise, 4 tablespoons 30% cream, 1 tsp. gelatin, half a lemon, spices, herbs.
Preparation: Bake the fish for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, boil the shrimp, chop the herbs and soak the gelatin in water according to the instructions. Combine mayonnaise with cream, spices, lemon juice and fish liquid. Grind the shrimp with fish in a blender, add the creamy mass and gelatin, mix, put in a mold and put in the refrigerator to brew.
17. Sweet rice with shrimps
An original Asian gourmet recipe.
You will need: 500 g of rice, 100 ml of rice vinegar, 50 g of sugar, 100 g of arugula, 50 ml of sesame oil, 3 tbsp. fish sauce, 12 cloves of garlic, 2 lemons, 500 g of shrimp, 50 g of cilantro.
Preparation: Boil rice separately. Fry the garlic in sesame oil, and then pour in the lemon juice, vinegar, fish sauce, add sugar and shrimp. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and add rice immediately. Let the dish steep for a couple of minutes and add the cilantro.
18. Thai style fried shrimp
Simple and quick, but very harmonious dish.
You will need: 500 g shrimp, 20 ml soy sauce, 1 leek, 1 chili pepper, 50 g butter, 50 ml olive oil, 50 g cilantro, 50 g dill, garlic.
Preparation: Marinate shrimps in soy sauce with spices, and during this time fry chopped leek with garlic and chili in a mixture of oils. Add the marinated shrimp to it and cook until tender. Add chopped greens at the end.
19. Shrimp and cabbage salad
Great festive quick snack.
You will need: 250 g shrimp, 200 g Chinese cabbage, 3 eggs, 2 tomatoes, 200 g cheese, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Boil the shrimp until tender, and boil the eggs separately. Chop the cabbage, cut the eggs into strips and grate the cheese. Stir the salad and season with mayonnaise.
20. Paella with shrimps and corn
Add a spoonful of turmeric for color.
You will need: 300 g of rice, 400 g of shrimp, 1 pepper, 1 onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 liter of broth, 100 g of corn, 1 tbsp. wine, 3 tomatoes, spices.
