1. Creamy cauliflower soup

You will need: 350 g cauliflower, 150 g carrots, 150 g onions, 50 g rice, 200 ml cream, 800 ml water, 1 tbsp. olive oil.
Preparation: Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and coarsely chop the onion and carrot. Fry the onions in oil right in a saucepan, add the carrots and pour in boiling water after 3 minutes. Add rice, mix well and add cabbage. Season the soup and boil for 15 minutes over medium heat. Grind the soup with a blender, add cream, stir and heat.
2. Cauliflower cutlets
A very unusual recipe for cutlets with an original texture.
You will need: 1 kg of cauliflower, 2 eggs, herbs, spices, 80 g flour.
Preparation: Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and boil for 6 minutes after boiling. Drain the water and chop it finely with a knife. Add herbs, spices, eggs and flour for consistency. Spoon the cutlets into the skillet.

Pour in the tomato juice, close the lid and simmer for another 12 minutes. At the end, add the beans with spices, stir, heat well and cover with chopped cilantro.
5. Cauliflower with egg and cheese
An alternative way to easily and tasty bake cauliflower.
You will need: 400 g cauliflower, 120 g cheese, 1 tsp. butter, spices, 2 eggs, 100 ml sour cream or milk.
Preparation: Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and boil it in boiling water for 3 minutes. When the water drains, put it in a mold and cover with eggs, beaten with milk and spices. Top with grated cheese and bake for about half an hour at 180 degrees.
6. Cauliflower with mushrooms
Be sure to try adding smoked paprika to the dish!
You will need: 1 head of cauliflower, 2 onions, 1 carrot, 350 g of mushrooms, 1 tsp. smoked paprika, 2 tablespoons sour cream, spices.
Preparation: Boil the cabbage lightly for 2-3 minutes, and during this time prepare a frying of finely chopped onions and carrots. Add mushroom plates to them and fry until the liquid evaporates. Put the cauliflower and spices in the pan and simmer until tender. Season with sour cream a couple of minutes before the end.
7. Cauliflower cutlets with minced meat

You will need: 500 g minced meat, 200 g cauliflower, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 onion, spices.
Preparation: Boil cauliflower 5-7 minutes after boiling, chop with a knife and mix with minced meat. Finely chop the onion there, add mayonnaise with spices and an egg. Form the patties, brew as desired and fry.
8. Cauliflower rice

You will need: 300 g cauliflower, half an onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1 protein.
Preparation: Grind the cauliflower in a blender until the size of the rice or grated.Fry the onion with the garlic and protein, constantly breaking the protein apart. Add cabbage and spices there to taste, and fry everything together for 3-5 minutes until tender, stirring constantly.

You will need: 1.5 liters of water, 500 g of cauliflower, 1 carrot, 3 potatoes, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. olive oil, spices, herbs.

12. Cauliflower cutlets with semolina
Amazing lean and dietary recipe for tender cutlets.
You will need: 350 g cauliflower, 3 tbsp. semolina, 1 egg, spices, 50 g bread crumbs.
Preparation: Boil the cabbage 3-5 minutes after boiling and beat it in a blender. Add semolina, egg and spices to the cabbage mince, mix and leave for 15 minutes. Form patties, roll in breadcrumbs and fry or bake.
13. Stuffed cauliflower
The dish only seems very intricate, but in fact it is quite simple!
You will need: 1 head of cauliflower, 6 tablespoons bread crumbs, 5 tablespoons grated cheese, spices, olive oil, 200 g of cream cheese, 1 egg, 300 g of spinach, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, herbs, zest of 2 lemons.
Preparation: Turn the cabbage over, carefully cut out parts of the stalk so that the inflorescences do not disintegrate, and boil it for 7 minutes. Chop the onion and garlic and lightly fry, and then add the spinach, herbs and zest with spices there.
Combine the filling with half the breadcrumbs, cheese and egg in a blender and gently fill the head. Put the cabbage on the parchment, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with spices and the remaining breadcrumbs. Bake for 45 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
14. Cauliflower with rice
A great side dish for chicken or fish!
You will need: 200 g of cauliflower, 0.5 cups of rice, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 0.5 cups of frozen peas, spices.
Preparation: Boil rice until half cooked. Finely chop the onion with garlic and fry, and then add the grated carrots there and simmer for 5 minutes. Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, boil lightly and add to the rest of the vegetables along with the peas. Add rice and pour in a little cabbage broth or water, season the dish and stew for another 15 minutes.
15. Chicken soup with cauliflower and peas
Interestingly, this recipe includes canned peas right with all the liquid.
You will need: 300 g of chicken, 250 g of cauliflower, 1 liter of water, 1 can of peas, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 100 g of processed cheese.
Preparation: Coarsely chop the fillets, cover with water and boil for half an hour. Chop the onion, grate the carrots and prepare the classic frying. Add cauliflower blossoms to a saucepan and boil for another 5 minutes. Pour in the peas, and after 5 minutes add the frying and spices. After 3 minutes, add the processed cheese and, when it dissolves, remove the soup from the stove.
16. Cauliflower with pumpkin and pepper
Add grated cheese, seeds or nuts to the dish if desired.
You will need: 1 head of cauliflower, 200 g pumpkin, 1 pepper, 1 red onion, 50 ml each butter and olive oil, spices.
Preparation: Chop the cabbage in a blender and finely chop the rest of the vegetables into cubes. Mix the oil and fry the pumpkin, pepper and onion in half for 3 minutes. In the second half, fry the cauliflower separately, stirring constantly. After 5-7 minutes add spices and vegetables and mix well.
17. Cauliflower with chicken in the oven
Another versatile casserole recipe that never gets bored.
You will need: 300 g chicken, 600 g cauliflower, 3 eggs, 200 ml cream, 150 g cheese, spices.
Preparation: Boil the cabbage for 3-4 minutes and put the inflorescences in a mold. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces, lightly fry with spices and spread on top. Combine eggs with cream and seasoning, and pour over casserole. After that, sprinkle it with grated cheese and put it in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
18. Cauliflower in curry sauce
An exotic-looking sauce, but the preparation is as simple as shelling pears.
You will need: 1 head of cauliflower, 60 ml of olive oil, spices, 140 ml of yogurt, 40 g of leeks, a pinch of chili flakes, juice and zest of half a lemon, 0.5 tsp. ground cumin, 2 tsp. curry.
Preparation: Finely chop the onion and fry it in a spoonful of olive oil. Add all the spices and warm up for just a minute, and then mix with yogurt, lemon juice and zest.
Coarsely chop the cabbage, rub with oil and spices, wrap in foil and bake for 10 minutes at 240 degrees. Then unfold and leave for another 10 minutes, and then turn the pieces over and put them in the oven again. Before serving, the fields are cabbage sauce.
19. Cauliflower Pie
A quick and easy cauliflower pie that even beginners can handle.
You will need: 800 g of cauliflower, 250 ml of cream, 3 eggs, 100 g of cheese, 1 onion, spices, 350 g of flour, 125 g of butter, 150 ml of kefir.
Preparation: Knead the dough from flour, kefir, softened butter and 1 egg, and leave it in the refrigerator for an hour. Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences, chop the onion, put them in a frying pan and share 250 ml of water. Stew everything with spices for 8-10 minutes and cool.
Roll out the dough into a mold, lay out the filling and cover with whipped eggs, cream and grated cheese. Straighten the sides of the pie and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
20. Cauliflower with spinach
Add a bunch of aromatic greens and green onions, if desired.
You will need: 400 g cauliflower, 250 g spinach, 200 g cheese, 100 ml cream, 1 tomato, 5 tbsp. semolina, spices.
Preparation: Boil the cabbage and lightly fry the chopped spinach. Cut the tomato into thin slices, and sodium cheese. Put half of the cabbage in a mold, sprinkle with a spoonful of spiced semolina and a quarter of grated cheese.
Then all the spinach, and repeat the backfill. Similarly, the following layers of cabbage and tomato. Pour cream evenly over everything and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes under foil. Remove the foil and cook for another 15 minutes.
